Bra helhetsupplevelse och trevlig resort
Pros:

Ligger nära kusten, trevligt område med pool och bar/restaurang. Kvällsaktiviteter med grillat kött samt meny.

Cons:

Många externa besökare som parkerar på de platser som är avsedda för gästerna till hotellet. Systemet med ett manuellt snöre fungerar ej.

einmal und nicht wieder, da es wie ein Urlaub im Freibad ist
Pros:

-super toller Empfang von einer Mitarbeiterin der Reception, die deutsch gesprochen hat und auch stets sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht war
-Küchenzeile mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt
-Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche die auch wirklich gekühlt haben
-TV im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche
-große Terrasse (1. Stock) mit Wäscheständer und einem zusätzlichen Balkon
-großer Kühlschrank mit einem zusätzlichen Eisfach, so etwas gibt es nur selten!
-Frühstück mit Wurst, Schinken und Käse, sowie Croissants und Obst möglich
-große Auswahl an Säften
-täglich ein sauberes Zimmer
-Der Bademeister, der sich auch um die Buchung der Sonnenschirme /Liegen kümmert war super nett

Cons:

- Mit einem agriturismo hat die Anlage überhaupt nichts gemeinsam
-Der Pool ist nicht nur für Hotelgäste, sondern auch für externe Gäste!
-externe Gäste können gegen eine Gebühr einen Sonnenschirm und die dazugehörigen Liegen buchen, es gibt dafür sogar eine Internetseite, wo man sehen kann, welche Liegen noch frei sind und diese dann buchen
-jeder Hotelgast muss sich für die Dauer des Aufenthalts eine Liege und einen Schirm reservieren
-viele externe Kleinkinder (Nicht Hotelgäste) im Vorschulalter
-Verhältnis 10 % Hotelgäste 90 % externe Gäste, mit einem Agriturismo o.ä. hat das absolut nicht zu tun
-von morgens bis abends Musik am Pool bis um 24 Uhr, da kann ich auch gleich daheim bleiben und ins öffentliche Freibad gehen
-WLAN Empfang nur an der Rezeption nicht im Zimmer
-In unserem Zimmer war die Dusche viel zu klein und direkt davor war das Klo, ich musste mich schräg auf die Toilette setzen, da ich keinen genügenden Platz für meine Knie hatte, nur geeignet für Personen <170 cm
- Frühstück soweit ok, aber wir hatten 2x kein Brot zum Frühstück, das Personal scheint nicht ausgebildet zu sein und wir mussten an 3 Tagen (von 7) 3x an das Auffüllen des Buffetts erinnern
-Tennis spielen war nicht möglich, da die Netzpfosten defekt waren und auch nicht repariert wurden
-das gesamte Gelände, außerhalb des Hotels ist eine Müllhalde

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questa struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno. L'accoglienza è stata davvero cordiale e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento.

Viaggiavamo con il nostro Golden Retriever, che è stato accolto con grande disponibilità: abbiamo apprezzato molto l'attenzione e la professionalità dimostrate anche nei suoi confronti.

La struttura è immersa nel verde, ben curata, pulita e tranquilla. La piscina è ampia e ben tenuta, mentre la colazione è ricca e varia, con un'ottima scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati.

La posizione è ideale per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali località della Riviera e attrazioni come l'Acquario di Cattolica.

È stata una piacevole esperienza per tutta la famiglia, compresa nostra figlia, che si è divertita moltissimo. Un soggiorno che consigliamo volentieri e che prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione anche per il futuro.

Die außerordentliche und nette Dame an der Rezeption die sehr charmant deutsch gesprochen hat. Die Zimmer waren groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war für Deutsche außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr guter Cappuccino.

Cons:

Schwer zu finden. Liegt etwas abseits. Der Pool ist gut für Poolparty. Es gibt interessantes Essen am Pool. Uns hat es geschmeckt.

Restaurant was niet open voor lunch/diner. Dat kon alleen maar bij luidruchtig zwembad. Prima met leuke restaurants in directe omgeving (max 2-3 km)

Durante il nostro soggiorno la struttura ha ospitato due feste con musica ad alto volume fino a mezzanotte, rendendo l&#
Pros:

bella posizione immersa nella campagna e dispone di una bella piscina. Nota di merito per la pulizia della camera.

Cons:

l'accoglienza e la gestione dello staff sono state deludenti e poco calorose. Anche la colazione non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, sia per scelta che per la bassa qualità dei prodotti.

Pros:

- il posto è posizionato nel verde della campagna, silenzioso e tranquillo.
- sistemazione accogliente ( noi eravamo in appartamento La Torre), con travi al soffitto e arredamento stile rustico ( sanitari ancora con miscelatori dell'acqua separati).
- colazione con salato e dolce, con anche crostate fatte in casa.
- personale disponibile e professionale
- piscina ideale per relax

Cons:

- parcheggio NON organizzato, ci sono i posti riservati per i clienti degli appartamenti ma organizzando anche eventi ( compleanni, battesimi ect), sono occupati sistematicamente da altri perciò si è costretti a cercare il posto dove capita senza assistenza.
- cancello d'ingresso sempre aperto 24H senza sorveglianza, ci saranno anche telecamere senza dubbio, ma la sicurezza NON è garantita in questo modo.
- piscina aperta anche a clienti occasionali, perciò sempre piena ed affollata.
- organizzazione molto discutibile, la seconda mattina ci siamo recati per fare colazione e il personale non era stato avvisato del nostro tavolo, come altre persone che però non avevano diritto alla colazione, cosa che invece noi riguardava, morale 30 minuti per riuscire a consumare il pasto previsto grazie al personale che si è adoperato a risolvere il problema generato dall'amministrazione.
- carenza di kit per i clienti delle camere, NON c'è nulla per rendere confortevole il soggiorno ( siamo stati 3 notti), il frigo c'è ma vuoto, il bagno è fornito col minimo indispensabile ( 1 rotolo di carta igienica per 3 giorni in 4 persone), cuffie, spazzolini monouso, dentifricio, tutto inesistente.

Problema di comunicazione nel fornire informazioni. Problemi di gestione nei confronti dell'utenza non ospite che accede ai servizi della struttura (piscina, ristorante)
