Pros:

Location was good breakfast average restaurant food was good.

Cons:

The mattress protector had stains on it mattress was hard and no padding the view out the window was other rooms and a rubbish filled courtyard. The reception staff were not helpful everything you asked was to much trouble.

La ubicación excelente, el hecho que el desayuno sea incluido
Además que el desayuno muy bueno, el servicio excelente y muy buena atención
Lo que sí recomendaría sería que informaran al reservar el pago adicional , pero en general todo muy bien

The hotel was placed in a very good area and really recommend it.

Cons:

The bathroom door from 814 room creaks very loudly, if someones sleeps in the room that person and the neighbors will also wake up. I cant understand how no one noticed this, housemaid including. It eas very annoying because you cant sleep well.
Breakfast was very limited, but it was ok.

You could hear everything through walls.

Great location, loved the room with the big balcony

Cons:

Very disappointed there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, when l asked at the reception if l could get one from the dining room he said no and pointed to the coffee shop across the road 😞

J’ai bien aimé la chambre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Par contre, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking. Le petit-déjeuner à 8h, c’est un peu tard pour ceux qui doivent partir tôt le matin. Ce serait mieux de le proposer dès 6h pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. À part ces petits points, j’ai passé un bon séjour.

Pros:

There are so many places to eat and shop all within walking distance. And the water is just 4 or the blocks

Cons:

You can hear the subway right under you and someone showering. but I have very good hearing. I would stay here again very friendly staff.
