Terrible, disgusting, frustrating
Pros:

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced during my travels.
First of all, this property did not meet my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The hotel appeared outdated and in need of maintenance, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. The room was not as clean as expected, the air conditioning was old and ineffective, and there were visible signs of mold. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable.
The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff member who checked us in was not welcoming or particularly helpful, and the interaction left us feeling more like an inconvenience than valued guests.
The only reason we stayed was because there was a Pope visit taking place, which made it very difficult to find alternative accommodations. Otherwise, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. In fact, we spent as little time in the room as possible.
Overall, this hotel had a negative impact on our vacation and travel experience. I am disappointed that this property is promoted as a recommended accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would advise travelers to consider other options.

Desafortunadamente las construcciones actuales en la avenida frente al hotel. Tierra y basura por el frente de la entrada, pero bueno, eso es temporal.

立地は最高
Pros:

ロケーションは最高でした。地下鉄の駅も近く、アクセスが非常に良かったです。テラスにテーブルと椅子があり、テラスからの景色も最高でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださり、助かりました。ランブラス通りと反対側でしたので、外の騒音はあまり感じませんでした。

Cons:

飲料水は初日だけ部屋に置いてありましたが、翌日からは購入が必要でした。（今まで宿泊したホテルは毎日水を補充してくれるか、ウォーターサーバーがありましたが…）フロントの方は親切でしたが、朝食会場の方たちは、少し高圧的でした。必ず彼らに決められた席に座る必要があります。また、7泊連泊しましたが、２日目、朝からグエル公園に行き、昼食後の14時半頃に疲れて帰ってきましたが、部屋はまだ清掃がされておらず、少し午睡を取っていたら、掃除係の方に起こされ、外に出る様に言われました。午睡を取るか、掃除を諦めるかどちらかにする様に言われました。ゴミを捨てて欲しかったし、タオルも変えて欲しかったので、疲れていましたが、掃除をしてもらう為に外出しなくてはいけませんでした。
朝食が8時からとやや遅めで、8時頃はエレベーターラッシュの状態にも関わらず、掃除や物の搬送の人たちも同じエレベーターを使う為、エレベーター待ちの人が何人もいました。エレベーターが小さく、4人しか乗れません。

Great little stay in the center of the city can't complain at all

Very clean, great location, was perfect for going to the festival we were at. Can't comment on the breakfast as I never made it on time 😂

Pros:

Все було чудово , отель розташований на пішохідній вулиці старого міста , пів години пішки до основних міст . Зручне ліжко і подушка , було чисто .Великий плюс що є великий балкон з видом на місто. ( у нас був 8 етаж ) і добре що були сніданки - вибір не великий але ми були не голодні
