Personnel réactif et agréable, chambre très propre, bonne literie.

Cons:

Emplacement mauvais, impossible de dormir avec le tram qui tourne toute la nuit sous vos fenêtres, prix exorbitant pour un niveau d'équipement médiocre, vous pensez avoir la climatisation mais pas du tout, et en pleine canicule.. même la bouilloire n'y est pas. Le prix du petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre, même si vous ne pouvez pas en profiter à cause d'un horaire tardif, pas de remboursement.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. L'hôtel le plus calme que nous ayons fréquenté ces dernières années. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux.

Cons:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner et un peu trop limité en choix, en qualité et en quantité.
