Posizione comodissima e silenziosa, proprio di fronte alla stazione di Pontresina e alla fermata bus per St Moritz e le maggiori località dell'Engadina. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pontresina. Cagnolino accettato anche in sala colazioni e al ristorante Riccardo's, dove si mangia benissimo, pietanze gustose, pizza eccellente, servizio gentilissimo e professionale (una menzione speciale per il sig.Andrea in sala!) Colazione varia e molto completa, e ben allestita. Pulizia camere perfetta, tutto funzionale e comodissimo. Receptionist sempre pronto, sorridente , professionale e di grande aiuto (un giovane ragazzo biondo di cui non conosco il nome, mi scuso). Sicuramente torneremo!!

Perfect location
Pros:

Location is perfect, just few steps from the train station, and yet calm place, surrounded by mountains. Perfect place for snow activities and train trips. Hotel was really cosy, clean and beautiful. We loved the breakfast. We also used sauna that was great facility to end the day.

Cons:

Beds not comfortable, very squeaky, every move made a noise at night; mattress too soft or too old. Beds were the only downside of the whole stay.

Genial, maravilloso, un hotel familiar que ama la hostelería y mima al huésped
Pros:

Exquisito, una estancia maravillosa. El personal muy amable y atentos, la habitación muy limpia y confortable, nos encantó la sauna aportando un relax inesperado.
El restaurante muy bueno y a unos precios justos locales.
El desayuno buenísimo, había de todo y de muy buena calidad.
Repetiría este hotel siempre y lo recomiendo

Fint hotell med bra rum men kunde vara bättre för det priset.
Pros:

Stort trevligt rum med bra förvaring och fint badrum. Ganska bra frukost.

Cons:

Svårbegripligt värmesystem som gav alldeles för hög värme i rummet.
Lite nonchalant personal i frukostmatsalen och ibland i receptionen.
