Nice hotel with pizzeria
Pros:

Very good location - just beside the train station. No sound of train is heard. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Two main receptionists were very helpful (the third and the young one was the one who forced to write negative opinion)

Cons:

One of the hotel receptionists should not work this job - young lady did not hear anything about the service Sleep + ski that was offered by hotel and more to this she was so rude that instead of trying to find an information she said good night.

Eine Mitarbeiterin war mit der Ausstellung des Skipasses total überfordert. Konnte die Daten angeblich nicht mehr ändern. Kommunikation sehr schlecht.

Gerne kommen wir wieder ins schöne Pontresina respektive Hotel Station, besten Dank.

Zimmer gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet, passt. Sehr freundliches Personal an Rezeption wie ebenfalls im Restaurant. Essen sehr gut gewesen. Wein super sowie gutes Preis-Leistung. Frühstück sehr gut, es hat von allem etwas. Restaurant und Personal sehr gut. An top Lage, ca. 100m zum Bahnhof respektive Busstation. Langlauf-Loipe inkl. Schule vor der Haustür. Dazu entsprechende Sportläden. Dorfkern gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Preis - Leistung Zimmer inkl. Frühstück super.

Cons:

Parkplätze gut jedoch ein wenig eng, je nach Fahrzeugmodell.
