The staff very rude. Entrying in your room with privacy sing at the door to check if the a/c was off after you leave the room.

Great location, pretty close to Roma Termini, so easy to get public transport around the city. Staff was nice to interact with.
Room was reasonably sized but the bathroom barely had any space to move. The bar fridge barely worked and the air conditioner didn’t cool much even at the lowest setting possible.
They didn’t change/make the bed or clean the toilet or bathroom during our stay. For a 5 nights stay, this was disappointing and unexpected.

O quarto é bom, bem limpo, ar condicionado funcionando bem e tem elevador! A localização é ótima e ajuda bastante na locomoção para os pontos turísticos.
Café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso.
Se for necessário, eles guardam as malas até o horario de check in e check out.
Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente!
Room was very clean with great aircon. The gentleman on reception was so helpful and let me borrow a phone charger for my stay, I am very grateful. Great location close to bus stop. Lovely breakfast- cannot find any fault with Hotel Katty. Thanks for a lovely stay

La amabilidad de la Sra. que nos recibió el primer día y la limpieza y tranquilidad de la habitación.
En el desayuno del último día, sábado 29/08/2026, la cafetería donde ellas tienen concertado el desayuno estaba cerrada; después de un rato de pleitear nos han dado cuatro euros a regañadientes y con malos modos, cosa que en otra cafetería que estaba abierta nos costó sobre quince euros el desayuno similar para dos.
The staff were nice and helpful. They communicated well with information about the booking and reparation of the AC. The location is very nice, the underground is within 5min walk and you can walk in the centre within 20min. There are also nice restaurants around.
The view from the room was good too and the room was big. The wifi is free but a bit slow at times. I liked the blinds (inside and outside of the windows) so you can be in the dark and sleep later in the morning. I liked the fact that there was a fridge so we could have fresh bottle of water every morning for our day out. I liked that we could leave our luggage at reception after check out, free of charge.
The staff from breakfast place were very nice and remembered my order.
The breakfast is not bad but a bit small as only a small cafe and a croissant.
The AC was leaking (probably due to the heat and age of the AC) but it was fixed within 2 days.
The bathroom was a bit smelly so we ended up buying cleaning product for the toilet. The floor (especially under the bed) could have been cleaned a bit better as there were still some crumps/dust. The safe was not working.
The lift is a bit old fashion and small but convenient to go to the 5th floor with luggages.

El desayuno, no me importa que tenga que ir a otro lugar, pero todos los dias era algo dulce, podrian variar..
Skvelá lokalita hotela,blízko stanice Termini,blízko na prechádzku ku koloseu a centra. Veľmi milý a ochotný personál. Hotel starší ale veľmi čistý a príjemný. Cítili sme sa tu dobre. Dobrý pomer ceny a kvality.
Tiszta, rendezett volt! Kb 8 percre gyalog a terminitől( központ) ! De gyalog minden max 20p! A szállásadó nagyon közvetlen, segítőkész ! Térképet is kaptunk tőle
The location was good: it was close to the train station so it was easy to come from the airport and move to different parts in the city. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and big in size.
