It was a blissful and comfortable stay at the Quest in Brighton. I would go back to a Quest anytime

Your staff was extremely friendly. There was one young man on 9 February (Anthony was his name , not sure) when I checked in at 6:15pm in the evening. And there was Juan in the morning of the 10 February who just arrived in Melbourne who was warm and friendly. I felt like I wasn't a number, but rather a person in a bed and breakfast, very personal ..... Keep up the good work in recruiting these warm, friendly and caring staff. In one of the loveliest parts of Melbourne.
Pros:

Comfy room, with parking on site (for a cost). Walking distance to beach and a nice eatery.

The location and room size was great, reception staff were friendly.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean, duvet cover had marks, windows were dirty, skirting boards needed to be cleaned. Didn’t get fresh towels daily despite leaving them on the ground. Not enough cutlery provided.
