Pros:

I stayed for two nights. The furnishings were not nearly as nice as portrayed in the photo, they were old and worn. There wasn't an individual shower, there was a hose on the wall and everything in the bathroom gets wet. Bring your own toiletries. There were also ants in the room. I was told that breakfast began at 7am. I arrived at 7:05am and the entire buffet had been wiped clean by 6 Chinese tourists. It was not replenished until after 7:20am. The "spa" is laughable, it is a table behind a curtain on the way to the elevator.

Pros:

Staff was Phenomenal especially the young man who worked serving breakfast during tet. He deserves a raise. He was friendly and professional did an excellent job at serving breakfast, working the front desk and whatever else he did during my 4 nights there. The room had ghost ants on the desk but I am from Florida so I was use to them. they are harmless but annoying because I couldn't use the desk.

Pros:

The room and toilet is much bigger in size compared to its price, and staff are generally friendly. However, the room and facilities is a little old and lacking.

The "rain shower" in my toilet wasn't working, water pressure was weak, and the toilet was a little too dirty for my comfort (due to age and not lacking of cleaning). Also, note that the hotel closes its shutters at midnight. If you want to party till late, you will have to bang on the shutters and have a slightly disgruntled staff open the door for you.

Overall, just OK if you prefer a big room and cheap price, but not if you want more amenities and better facilities.

하노이 시내에 위치해서 시내에서 접근하기가 용이함.
Pros:

3박4일 퀸호텔에서 지내면서, 불편했던 점은 두번이나 와이파이가 끊겨서 불편하였습니다.

좋았던점은, 프론트 직원과 호텔직원분들 모두 다 친절하고 상냥하게 대해준 점.

조식도 먹을만 했고, 특히 원하는 투어를 물어보면 브로슈어를 보여주면서 상세히 설명해주고 예약까지 다 잡아줍니다.

저는 개인적으로 하롱베이 투어와 갓빠섬 투어중인데요. 두 투어 모두 강추입니다.

개인적으로 하노이 시내구경보다는 외곽의 투어를 추천합니다!!! (시내는 오토바이로 정신없고 소음과 매연이 심하고 보행자 신호등이 없어서 건너실때 항상 주의!!!)

호텔의 친절도에 별5개입니다. 감사합니다.^^

Pros:

Efficient early check in at 12 noon. There was some confusion the next morning at 6am about whether I had paid for the pre-paid taxi to the airport but it was sorted out.

Pros:

This place is for a budget traveler who cares nothing about quality. Rooms were not wel maintained. Location was also a bit sketchy. Beds probably had bed bugs but I’m glad I did not try to stay over the night I left as soon as I got there. Room also had an old weird smell to it. Just not the experience I expected. Much better to pay more for better quality.

Excellent for Ho Chi Minh airport
Pros:

Needs a place to stay for one night that was close to the airport. This place was perfect. Couple of minutes walk to both domestic and international terminals. Staff great, food was good, room clean, spacious, modern. Bed was very firm but I slept well.
Hotel is either new or recently refurbished and looks great and modern
I asked for a mug and one was provided immediately

Pros:

Welcoming desk and breakfast staff but disappointing facilities. No curtains on windows with halogen street lamp pointed directly at room, cursory or no daily cleaning, non-operating fridge, no waste basket. Location however was central, on seething old city tiny street.

Thief amongst us
Pros:

Went out Monday morning and left my key at the front desk. Even though I had the do not disturb sign up, some staff member came in and removed the dirty linens and stole my electric toothbrush. Be warned that there is a thief working in this hotel. Everything closes around 6 or 7 around this area. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to the bar street. I didn't enjoy my stay due to the fact that someone stole from me, but either than that it was OK. Be warned....

Pros:

Decepcionante, las fotos están muy trucadas, la ubicación es buena pero la calidad/precio no corresponde.
Suciedad en todo el edificio, la habitación con muchísimo polvo, mala luz, el cabecero no se había limpiado en siglos, la ventana daba a la escalera del hotel, baño muy sucio....

Nos fuimos a otro hotel perdiendo el dinero antes que dormir ahí.

Hotel standard is below expectation
Pros:

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on 20-21 Feb. The bathroom cistern was filthy (they did not clean the part between around the hinge of the toilet lid - there were black batches..

The bath towel did not look clean and smelled.

The slippers in the room were hard and look dirty

The wifi in the room did not work.

Located among hardware shops and is noisy.
Pros:

Bad - blanket has a big hole.
Have to climb 2 storey as there is no lift.
Breakfast lousy - cook did not get ready by 6:30am. Breakfast was ready by 6:55am.
Some guests just can't wait because their pick up transport arrived.
Food was bad.

旧市街の真ん中のホテル。
Pros:

設備は傷んでいたりするところがありますが、傷んでいるだけで使用に差し支えはありません。日本並みの設備を希望される場合はお金を払って上のランクのホテルに泊まるべきでしょう。私はスタッフの方々の親切さと笑顔もあって、とても気持ちよく滞在をすることができました。ホテルの立地条件も良くてコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。
