Staff were friendly and helpful in resolving a room issue which was dealt with promptly and without inconvenience or fuss. There was a good breakfast selection and we found the hotel location excellent for the old town tourist attractions. The only minor negative was the late night noise from surrounding bars but this is unavoidable in such a central location and was not overall too detrimental to our stay.

We arrived to the hotel at the end of a 10
Day tour of Türkiye. The staff were very very helpful and the hotel was clean. Hot water, great water pressure and cold air conditioning. We ate at the hotel restaurant, the food was yummy and staff very attentive.
Would recommend the Vicenza.

I recently visited Hotel Vicenza and had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing team and especially Zehra. Despite it being a last-minute request, Zehra arranged a cake and pastries for my husband’s birthday, which truly made the moment special. Her service was exceptional, and she is such a sweet and kind person. The overall hospitality and service of the hotel were outstanding. I would rate this hotel 10/10 and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Comfortable hotel, good location.
Easy access to the metro station. Helpful staff at reception, however the restaurant staff were not very welcoming, as a result we had dinners away from the hotel.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Pool and rooftop bar small but good, only issue the music was played very loud. Excellent breakfast, central hotel, lots of restaurants around to eat and hotel had a nice outdoor restaurant and bar in the sunny garden.

In the heart of the Old City with some of the most helpful cheerful staff imaginable. Seems to have been newly refurbished. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were well taken care of by Elgin and Selcuk with Selcuk organising for us to have a plate of freshly made Menemen even though it wasn’t on the menu. Garden bar is a lovely place to relax after a busy day sightseeing

This is a nice hotel with friendly/helpful staff however the infrastructure is getting a bit tired. A lot could/should be improved if the staff cleaning the rooms linked better to management/maintenance. How can a bed which is missing legs and rocks like a dingy be made up twice and know-one reports this problem? Likewise how can you clean a shower and fail to notice (and report) that the shower head holder is missing? The front desk staff tried to help but moving rooms twice in one week was not ideal The other real issue is that both the outside pool and roof seating area were closed for the duration of our stay - If a significant facility like a pool/roof terrace is closed please amend your entry online so customers are aware. More attention to detail and effort to identify faults and get them fixed!

Gutes Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer gut und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Nur das Frühstück war nicht so unser Ding… eher amerikanisch.

The hotel has a great location, and the room was spacious enough for our stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience.

First, the air conditioning was faulty upon arrival, so we had to call reception for assistance. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the hair dryer was not working, and even after they replaced it, the new one didn’t work either. As a result, we were unable to properly dry our hair for the entire five-day stay.

Another disappointment was the condition of the towels—they were very old and worn out (see pictures). Housekeeping also didn’t change the bed sheets until we specifically requested it after three days.

Breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was very basic, and by 9:30 AM, the buffet was often empty. On top of that, the restaurant staff lacked basic customer service skills—they didn’t even greet guests with a simple “good morning” upon arrival.

The reception staff also seemed inattentive, often chatting among themselves instead of assisting guests efficiently.

Overall, while the location and room size were positives, the lack of proper service, maintenance issues, and outdated amenities made our stay less enjoyable than expected. With better staff training and attention to guest comfort, this hotel could be a much better experience

This Hotel have a excellent location in the old istanbul area, you can walk to Blue Mosque and Sofia in 20 minutes. Just to be fair air conditioner is normal in regular room. if you need like me sleep in a 18C degrees book an upgrade room. Excellent service and restaurant and very welcoming employees work there. I can go again if need it.

Malgré un personnel sympathique, cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas les 4 étoiles indiquées.
En effet, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de ces 4 étoiles : problèmes de canalisations causant une odeur noseabonde dans le système sanitaire de l’hôtel, la douche de notre chambre ne marchait pas (eau brûlante ce qui peut être dangereux) dans notre arrivée dans la chambre, la piscine est salle malgré un pisciniste sympathique (sûrement un problème de filtre), sauna fermé.
Pour conclure, l’hôtel a significativement besoin d’important travaux. La localisation idéale ne suffit pas (vu l’offre d’hôtels dans le même coin)

I ragazzi della reception sono stati davvero molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo fatto il check-out alle 4 di mattina senza aver prenotato un transfert per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Il signore alla reception quando ha visto che eravamo sprovvisti di un mezzo, ha provveduto a chiamare un loro taxi di fiducia che è arrivato in pochi minuti anticipandoci già quanto avremmo pagato, circa 35 euro ( la metà di quanto pagammo all’arrivo chiamandolo da soli). Nell’attesa ci hanno anche portato il caffè. L’alloggio è stato molto piacevole. Consiglio la struttura perché sono molto seri, disponibili e gentili. L’albergo si trova in zona ben fornita, a pochi minuti si raggiunge tranquillamente la fermata del tram e con una fermata si raggiunge il Grand Bazar mentre con 2/3 fermate si arriva a Sultanahmet.

The hotel has a very good location to explore Istanbul even walking.
The room is spacious, the staff is good and always ready to help.
The Spa is not managed directly by them, it is small and therefore I think they shouldn't accept children otherwise it gets loud.
I found that sometimes there's lack of attention to the details, but overall my stay was ok

While the staff were exceptional, our stay was disappointing. The AC did not work, wifi was only accessible from reception, the roof top pool was closed for maintenance, and our room leaked from a vent in the ceiling. We were disappointed after three weeks of fantastic hotels to conclude our vacation this way.
