Struttura buona ma non ottima: si può fare di più.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, nei pressi della stazione di metropolitana Laënnec, in una zona molto tranquilla, sede anche di facoltà universitarie. Molta disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito in strada. Colazione ottima e molto ricca. Climatizzazione buona ma il termostato non è impostabile sopra i 24° C, per cui la notte va spenta se no ci si congela nel letto. Molto apprezzato l'accesso libero a una piattaforma televisiva normalmente a pagamento. La restituzione della cauzione è avvenuta in tempi rapidi.

Cons:

La camera era preparata per tre persone a fronte di una prenotazione per quattro, per cui mancava un cuscino e un lenzuolo sul letto. Mancanza nell'appartamento di prodotti per la pulizia e per il lavaggio delle stoviglie nella lavastoviglie di cui l'appartamento è dotato. Un lenzuolo è stato sostituito perché palesemente sporco. Da una struttura 4 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa in più, come un kit da bagno.
