Die zentrale Lage
nettes Personal im Restaurant guter Service im Restaurant

Cons:

in der Hitzeperiode war es im Zimmer sehr warm und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Da die Rezeption nur bis 16 Uhr besetzt ist, konnten wir auch nicht nach einem Ventilator fragen.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!
It states on booking.com that rooms are air conditioned but they are not and hotel says never have been. I have raised this with booking.com. It was 35 degrees whilst we were there so was an issue. Room was good size. Bathroom dated but ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was poor as several items (bacon scrambled eggs fruit etc ) missing. I assume because hotel not busy so not worth putting out. Juice was coloured water. Mini bar was really mini.

Very pleasing - location was perfect and friendly communication. I’d stay again.
Pros:

Friendly communication. Clear directions for gaining entry to the hotel and accessing key from the lock box. Great location - middle of old town. Spacious room. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Would prefer to have a receptionist - someone we can go to with questions. Staff were available through the messaging service on Booking.com and were friendly and helpful but in person is always better. Hotel said toiletries included - we had only liquid soap which was also a shampoo. Couldn’t adjust the aircon/temperature.

Friendly, clean and well located.
Pros:

The room, Location, staff, the beer and the restaurant were all very good.

Cons:

The hardest mattresses ever. And the softest (no substance) pillows ever. Not a good combination.
