Pros:

Room facilities were excellent.

Cons:

small maintenance issues should be checked more regularly. i.e the toilet seat, and the tap in the kitchen area were both loose.

The staff already knew us when we walked into the hotel and they were extremely kind and welcoming. They always have treated us well and we love coming here and spending time at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Pros:

Very spacious and clean room. Located at the entrance of the CBD, so it is very easy to reach. Underground parking was handy.
Relatively close to Optus stadium, a few minutes away by taxi or a 2km walk via Matagarup bridge.

Great stay…great location…polite and courteous staff

Loved the proximity to walking downtown…

Cons:

The prices in the restaurant were extremely high…found out afterwards there’s a 20% discount coupon on the barista counter nobody informed us of…also if you book a reservation for breakfast at the front desk you also receive a discount… only though word of mouth form other guests did we find that out

Fine, but tired.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The whole hotel is a bit tired, but especially the bathrooms. The shower over the tub is hard to get in and out of, and the amount of water that leaks onto the bathroom floor whilst showering makes the floor very dangerous and slippery. If you put a bathmat down it gets absolutely saturated and squelches under your feet. I used all the towels in the bathroom just to dry up the floor.
