Cons:

Kamen nach Nachtflug zeitig am Morgen,herausgeläuteten Nachtportier machte Check in.
Das Bett/Matratze war in Ordnung.
Das Frühstücksangebot kam keinem 4* Haus gleich.
Der Weg zum Pool ist vom Aufzug kommend schlecht beschrieben. Prinzipiell hatten wir den Eindruck, der Betrieb des Hotels läuft auf Sparflamme.

It looked nice on face value but in the end we did not stay due to the unprofessional, uncompromising and unlawful behaviour and attitude shown to us before we even got to the property.

Cons:

The unprofessional, uncaring and law breaking carefree behaviour and attitude shown to me before arrival, whereby a medical issue had arisen that I requested the hotel take into consideration.

The reservation and reception said they’d be happy to accommodate this simple request initially, then when I had to call back and spoke to a male on reception he lied to me about an email they’d received from Booking.com about my stay and they asked me to send private medical documents, which is unlawful in Australia.
When I challenged the male on reception about the hotel needing to receive the documents as I had also received the same email from Booking.com, the reception person tried to lie again which you do not expect a professional service provider to do on a fee Pating hotel service.
As a result we chose not to stay in the hotel despite me offering the hotel the opportunity to amend our booking; but they chose not to offer this… Instead they felt that demanding private healthcare documents and potentially breaking the law were more important than their fee paying clients

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, go somewhere you will be treated with the respect and dignity that you deserve!!

Pros:

The hotel is the perfect location to be able to walk anywhere in Perth cbd or catch public transport.

Breakfast wasnt the hottest but was delicious, we paid extra for a cappuccino and latte in mugs and it was worth every cent best coffee ever.

Cons:

No cleaning of the room on a sunday or public holidays but reception are amazing if you need anything.

The bathroom was a little tricky as you needed to climb into the bath to use the shower but my understanding is that they are upgrading so hopefully this will be changed over time.
