Pros:

Das Mittags- und Abendbuffet waren in der Regel sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war für zwei Personen sehr großzügig geschnitten, allerdings lag das an der Kategorie und war damit auch teurer.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt.
Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr herzhafte vegetarische Angebote und Aufschnitte geben.
Die Musik war sehr laut eingestellt den ganzen Tag.

Pros:

Lo staff è gentilissimo, la pulizia è impeccabile e la colazione è abbondante. Inoltre hanno un parcheggio per le auto ma non è all’interno della struttura, quindi lo staff ti accompagna con una golf car per lasciare/ prendere la macchina.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che nel bagno della camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, il bidet è inutilizzabile in quanto attaccato quasi al muro e il fatto che hai bisogno del personale per lasciare/ prendere la macchina, perchè vi è bisogno di utilizzare una tessera che non viene rilasciata al cliente per aprire la barra del parcheggio e poter entrare e uscire.

This is a real 4-star hotel. It's probably the best hotel in italy. The service is exactly what you'll expect from a well established and well managed hotel. Well done to all the teams involved in the day to day running of this hotel. I will definitely return again.

Il disagio che ho avuto è solo per il parcheggio auto…la sera dopo essere usciti e’ un disagio fare tutta la strada a piedi per tornare in albergo ( ma capisco che non è così semplice avere strutture x parcheggi enormi nelle prossime vicinanze del proprio albergo, anche se ci sono strutture che hanno parcheggi attinenti alla struttura

Vicino ai parchi, ma lo consiglio per vacanze estive e non come punto d'appoggio. Igea è ottima!
Pros:

Sicuramente la centralità dell'albergo, che permette di avere tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Un grande valore aggiunto sono stati la piscina, l'ottima qualità dei servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura e l’animazione per bambini, che è sembrata un ottimo servizio anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nota di merito per la colazione, davvero di ottimo livello e con un'ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Non abbiamo provato la ristorazione principale perché preferiamo il servizio alla carta rispetto al buffet, ma l'offerta visiva era comunque di ottimo livello. Infine, bellissima la zona wellness/SPA: pur non avendo avuto il tempo di provare i trattamenti, visivamente si presenta davvero molto bene.

Cons:

Ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. Il parcheggio non è vicinissimo alla struttura, anche se l'hotel compensa bene il disservizio con un comodo servizio navetta in golf car per il ritiro e la consegna dell'auto, anche fuori orario di servizio (8:00 - 20:00).
Per quanto riguarda la camera (tripla), gli spazi erano decisamente sacrificati per tre persone, con difficoltà di movimento tra il letto matrimoniale e il singolo. Nel bagno la doccia era comoda, ma il water era troppo vicino al lavabo, limitando il passaggio. Il tubo di scarico del lavabo era rotto al nostro arrivo; non accorgendocene subito, ci siamo ritrovati con il bagno allagato. L'intervento della reception è stato però repentino: manutentore e servizio pulizie hanno risolto tutto tempestivamente, scusandosi più volte. Mancava inoltre un piano d'appoggio o una scrivania.
Avendo frequentato altri hotel a 4 stelle con camere più confortevoli, trovo che la tariffa di 200€ a notte (per camera e colazione in tre) sia stata un po' esagerata rispetto al comfort della stanza. Tuttavia, il costo è probabilmente giustificato dall'ampia offerta di servizi della struttura di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito. È stata in parte una nostra disattenzione aver scelto questo hotel usandolo solo come punto d'appoggio per dormire e fare colazione, per poi visitare l'Italia in Miniatura (a 15 minuti di auto) e Mirabilandia (a mezz'ora di macchina).
