فندق محترم و جميل و تصميمه عصري

لقد استمتعت كثيرا بالإقامة في هذا الفندق فهو فندق نظيف و راقي و التصميم رائع و الغرف واسعة كما أن الطاقم ودود و محترم بشكل كبير و الفندق قريب من كل الفعاليات في بانكوك و قريب من الاسواق و المتاحف و حي العرب و كذلك الحي الانجليزي و اتقدم بالشكر لكل الطاقم في الفندق من حسن الاستقبال و التنظيم حتى القائمين على نظافة الغرف و مقدمي الطعام لقد كانوا رائعين و اخص بالذكر كلا من السيد بومبي و السيدة بست كانوا رائعين كما انهم مددوا لي الخروج المبكر دون مقابل شكرا لكم.

Wygodne łóżka

Cons:

Zabukowaliśmy pokój dla dwóch osób dorosłych i dwójki dzieci (9 i 11 lat). Po wejściu do pokoju okazało się, że mamy 1 dwuosobowe łóżko. Poszliśmy do recepcji gdzie powiedziano nam, że dzieci mogą spać z rodzicami 😮 czyli mamy spać w 4 w dwuosobowym łóżku! Albo możemy dokupić 2 łóżka za kwotę 1500 bath za łóżko za noc! Obsługa nawet nie starała się zrozumieć, że my zabukowaliśmy i zapłaciliśmy za pokój 4 osobowy.
