Pleasantly surprised by the value of this hotel and would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and well kept. Good value for the money. Stayed here on game day when the Gainesville prices tripled.

Cons:

Property was next door to a pilot gas station truck stop. Also, it was weird that the breakfast buffet area didn’t offer water- only juice and coffee.
