Philippines notiing done
Staff was great but dinnng areas closed at 4 pm. Others closed at 6 pm. Nothing to do after 6 pm.
The fish tank wall in the room was definitely worth coming for. The staff were hard to understand at check in as she spoke very quickly.
Despite 3 remotes in the room we could not shut the blinds down for the fish tank. A cockroach ran underneath the French toast during breakfast, which was not worth what they charged. It’s the safest looking neighbourhood at night with limited street lights and homeless people outside the hotel entrance gate.
Good location, good staff and nice rooms
The was no visitor information, and the front desk could not provide any info. Told me to go online. The location was clean and safe. There was no information in the room as to service nor how to operate tv. This repetitive music kept going on and on in the hallway.
Was good
When we arrived around 9:15 pm, there was no one anywhere around. Our taxi driver was worried to leave us there, and when we used the provided phone at the desk to call the concierge, they told us to walk up to the third-floor reception. Our room was clean, and the view over the bay was magnificent. We appreciated the drinking water in the hallways. We were grateful that we could still order room service on the night that we arrived. But breakfast was expensive and just mediocre. Overall, it was.... fine. During the day, there were lots of people around to visit the water park, but it was dark and a little creepy at night.
The hotel needs an upgrade. The kids enjoyed the outdoor water park. Staff are helpful.
I think that this was my favorite hotel room ever! One entire wall over the bed was an aquarium with beautiful tropical fish swimming around, hanging out, generally doing what fish do. It was so much fun! The other wall was mirrored, so it seemed even bigger than what I’d guess is a 12 foot long and 8 foot high aquarium. The bed was comfy and had padding around the bed making it comfortable to sit and take off shoes etc. The rest of the room was well appointed and large. There was an indirect light that went on with movement, so you don’t have to find a light if you get up in the middle of the night. My only nits were not having an electrical plug closer to the bed and an aging, but serviceable shower. The amenities were generous and the view of the harbor from the hotel restaurant is lovely, especially at sunset. I’ll come back in a nanosecond.
I real love the Hotel and staff. But my dislike was no face towels in the rooms and no beef on the breakfast menu
In all honesty, the hotel and the services were all ok. Let me start off with the pictures that the hotel shows. The hotel shows the room all nice, clean and almost a feeling of full of energy. Upon arriving at the room, the beds in the pictures of the hotel show animals shaped like animals, and the picture also showed the beds having some kind of purple thing, i cant remmber what it was called but
Please do not book. Roach infested property, noisy since it is inside a theme park. Neighboring space not walkable.
Limited food options especially for children meal
Service was very good
I booked a room with 1 king and 3 sofabeds but was given a smaller room with only 2 sofabeds and 1 kung bed. They have to put an extra bed that makes it too crowded
This was a great hotel but let down by the crowds.
Room was top-notch. Property was in tip-top shape. Location was great.
Room service leaves much to be desired with at times as I've had to make 4 phone calls and wait 30mins for extra bath towels.
Regarding check in and check out, the staff although were pleasant and professional seemed overwhelmed I believe due to the sheer number of people needing to be processed.
Our neighbouring room decided to have a karaoke session until the wee hours of the morning and so my wife and kids struggled to stay asleep. Staff did attend to this crisis promptly.
Again, the crowds getting around the property I felt was rude, rushing in and out of lifts and just couldn't care less about other patrons around them.
My kids wanted to stay another night but we've had enough of the people.
my daughter enjoyed the aquarium on the room. rooms are clean. overall a very good experience.
Dirty floor under the bed, slow check in, no complimentary H20 in the room
Room is fine but room service lacks. Could be more flexible for people on different schedules.
Beautiful hotel room with aquarium. Nice staff and clean room. Our shower drain clogged the second day. Check in line was a very long wait, possibly due to people still checking out late. Even with a few downsides, we would still stay here again.
