Important information:

Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Wednesday closed, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, charges and taxes (except tourist tax and application fees), as well as the Pierre & Vacances Escapade Package for stays from 1 to 6 nights, which includes end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area).

The following services are available at an additional cost per person per week: beds made upon arrival, one bath towel and one hand towel, and a cleaning kit. The number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants in the accommodation.

The baby kit can only be booked on site directly at reception. Bakery catering services are available at an additional cost.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

La localisation

Cons:

Appartement non climatisé, une véritable fournaise.
Pour accéder à la deuxième chambre il faut passer par la terrasse extérieure 😞
Les lits n’étaient même pas fait à notre arrivée.
Le ménage laissait à désirer (toiles d’araignée avec les araignées)
Quant à la douche n’en parlons même pas : l’appartement n’est pas aux normes (bac de douche minuscule et entrée de la douche tellement petite qu’on se demande vraiment si tous les locataires peuvent prétendre y entrer. Si vous êtes un peu en embonpoint vous n’y entrez pas) VOIR PHOTO

Séjour agréable malgré la canicule. Accès facile à la mer.
Pros:

Emplacement intéressant pour l'accès à pied à la mer et au centre ville.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation en période de canicule, mais ventilateur sur pied à disposition.
Accès au parking P2 payant et assez compliqué pour manœuvrer avec certains véhicules.
Appartement proposé situé au 3ème étage, mais l'ascenseur ne s'arrête qu'au 2ème !

Perfekte ruhige Lage, schönes Appartment, Parkplatz in Garage - und super freundliches Personal ♥️
Pros:

Zum Strand/Hafen oder zum Einkaufen (inkl. Apotheke) sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. 👌 Die Wohnung (103 ;-) ♥️ war sehr schön, blitzsauber, gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem - und sie hatte eine sehr schöne, große Terrasse sowie eine Klimaanlage (!), was wohl nicht alle Zimmer haben - hier daher bei der Reservierung darauf achten oder zuvor nachfragen, wenn man dies wünscht. Großes Plus ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage. Und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr, sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Pros:

résidence agréable très bien placée en étant au calme la terrasse du logement fort appréciable mais je note une vraie mention d honneur à la réceptionniste qui est fabuleuse ! une jeune femme souriante agréable compétente efficace vraiment au top je pense que c’est elle qui a le plus contribué à ce que je mette la note de 10/10 !
