Important information:

Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Wednesday closed, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, charges and taxes (except tourist tax and application fees), as well as the Pierre & Vacances Escapade Package for stays from 1 to 6 nights, which includes end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area).

The following services are available at an additional cost per person per week: beds made upon arrival, one bath towel and one hand towel, and a cleaning kit. The number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants in the accommodation.

The baby kit can only be booked on site directly at reception. Bakery catering services are available at an additional cost.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’emplacement : dans la pinède et à proximité de la mer, et des magasins, restaurants, etc

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour la petite fenêtre dans la chambre qui n’avait aucun occultant.
Garage en sous-sol : Accès difficile pour une grosse voiture.
Et ce qui n’a rien à voir avec la résidence mais qui l’impactait : travaux extérieurs en cours

Le lieu en bordure du parc est très calme et très agréable. La proximité du centre ville et de la mer. Tout put se faire à pieds. Le personnel est toujours très agréable. Merci beaucoup.
