Lovely hotel, well worth a stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the North Yorkshire Moors national park. Wish we had time to stay longer at this hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is nively decorated and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good. Great base for exploring the moors on foot or by car. Lovely scenery. Very quiet.

{Perfect location and the famous 840 Bus stopped at the door of the hotel
Pros:

Food very good once one realised that the portions were very large and therefore one ordered accordingly. Breakfast excellent with plain youghurt and unsweetened muesli. Kippers great as was the smoked salmon option.

Pros:

The Hotel is Clean and very well run , from checking in to eating , the food was Excellent and the staff supper polite , smart and on the ball.
