The rest of stay was good.
Pros:

The staff very helpful, and the bar outside area was good.

Cons:

The room was a little disappointing, not much room, had very little space to put suit case. NOT what it appeared like in pictures.

Queen size room booked online
On arrival staff member gave us an upgrade to a queen deluxe. Ended up with a pokey little room with a double bed and leaking aircon. We have stayed before in a queen room and know the difference. Feel very conned by the staff member. Did not get what we paid for. We will not be staying there again as trust has gone with this management

Had a wonderful stay being so close to everything.

Budget friendly and good location
Pros:

The room is small and very basic but enough for a stay if you will be outside most of the time. It is clean and the beds are ok, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is just sandwiches, cookies and hot or cold drinks and the same every day.
Giving it 5 stars because at its tier as a budget hotel, it delivered. Location is good, and the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean. Loved the lady in the reception when we checked in and the one at the cafe who is always so cheerful 😊 Sorry didn't get you names.
Tip: you can get cold or sparkling water from the cafe to bring up your room. You can also have your breakfast to go if going out early.

Good - would stay here again.
Pros:

Location near wharf is brilliant. On site coffee shop was great for light breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room, perfect for 1 or 2 night stay.

Cons:

Spent most of the night fighting with the top sheet on the bed. Sheet, then quilt then another sheet. Got very tangled.

A nice stay overall!
Pros:

The hotel front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and appreciated. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. There was dust buildup behind the doors and had clearly been neglected for some time. Chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The cleaning staff really presented as disliking their jobs and were really not into cleaning. They were observed washing the glasses in our bathroom sink with just bare hands and no soap.
Location was good with lots of sites and restaurants close by.
