Pros:

Rooms very well suited for our stay, Cental and easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Cafe downstairs supplied reasonable range of food, trams and rail station very close 😀

Cons:

While there was sml upgrade renovations happening on lower floors, there was no major noise during the day, but workers frequently using , sharing lifts

I’ll stay again - and you can park there as well.
Pros:

Great price for a basic hotel in the centre of Sydney, and just a short walk to the harbour, train station etc. triple-glazed windows have good sound insulation as the location is close to traffic.
