Would never choose to stay here again. When making booking on booking.com we made the booking for 6 adults and 1 child.

Staff are amazing.. the lady at reception is very nice and her attention to detail is excellent. She saw my id and saw that my bday was a few days ago and greeted me and offered a drink voucher.

Pros:

Easy walk to train station at Wynyard. Close to the centre of Sydney, both town hall and circular quay. Great breakfast available. Large comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Quiet even though the room was next to the lift. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Shower space was small, no shampoo conditioner. Breakfast service can be a little slow.

Excellent location for a visit to Sydney!
Pros:

Location was excellent
Morning coffee downstairs was delicious
Staff were lovely

Cons:

When we opened the fridge to put our water bottles in it, it was so dirty, like something had exploded in there the night before but it hadn’t been cleaned. We spoke to staff the next morning and they cleaned it before we were back the next afternoon
