Pros:

Goed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, ruime en schone kamers en prima eten. Auto in eigen parkeergarage en mogelijkheid om op te laden.
Zwembad met Spa faciliteiten heerlijk na een hike in de prachtige omgeving.

Piacevole soggiorno a Masonna di Campiglio
Pros:

L' albergo e' bello, la ns camera grande con un bel bagno, la spa piccola ma molto gradevole. La sala per i bambini e' accogliente con ping pong e calcio balilla,. La colazione molto varia ed abbodante, anche il buffet serale di antipasti molto buono. Abbiamo gradito l accoglienza con drink di benvenuto

Cons:

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto ma per essere pignoli la camera era ' calda senza aria con dizionata, il materasso un troppo morbido. La cena certe volte un troppo lenta.

Superb views, good spa, nice to have live music
Pros:

Cristal Palace is a well-run hotel with excellent views over the town and to the mountains beyond. It has a luxurious feel, a good spa area with decent-sized pool, and plenty of (rather tight) parking.
The bar had a very good pianist/singer one night; really enjoyable and very rare these days.

Cons:

The trade-off for the great views is quite a steep walk back from the town.
The initial greeting was, although well-intentioned, not ideal: rather than let us wheel our bags to our room, they insisted that we go for a free glass of fruit juice in the bar while our bags were magically taken for us. Then, after the drink, we were escorted to the room by a nice lady who didn't actually know where it was. After a very long journey, we really just wanted to go straight to the room and lie down; we could have done without this vestige of 1920s luxury.

A most enjoyable stay in a comfortable environment.
Pros:

The bedroom was excellent. Breakfasts were good, once one had worked out where the various food items were situated in the self-service area.

Cons:

The only negative factor was dinner in the evening. Very limited choice and small portions. After I found out that a complete fixed price meal was available for 35 euros matters improved, but this was not explained to me initially.

Situation excentré. l’accès à pied piur le centre ville n’est pas toujours facile, car les routes aux alentours ne disposent pas de trottoirs.
