Hotel El Tejo

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Accueil sympathique et hôtel calme. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi avant 8h30 ce qui est tard pour les personnes qui marchent sur le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle.

Terrific little hotel on the edge of town. Easy walk to downtown and to eateries. Staff was friendly. Parking was available onsite. For the dollar this is a stand out.

Séjour impeccable, seul,hic à arrivée il n'acceptait pas les animaux, alors que nous avions un petit chien (sur le site il est noté qu'ils sont acceptés) Du coup ils nous ont accepté, mais à un prix prohibitif (25€) par rapport aux hôtels où nous avons l'habitude d'aller

Excelente opción y valor por el precio. Los empleados bien atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Yo no pude llegar antes de que el front desk cerrara y me brindaron la opcion de acceder al cuarto y hacer checkin al dia siguiente. La limpieza un 10.

Lovely hotel a short walk from town, very comfortable and good breakfast.
Staff were great sorting out our travel plans.
I will return.

El hotel muy bien, está bastante bien ubicado , a unos 10 min andando , muy cerquita del capricho de Gaudí, el alojamiento muy curioso , el chico de recepción muy atento y amable , nos explicó algunas rutas para ir, aparcamiento en el.mismo alojamiento

Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und grossem Badezimmer. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Grosszügiges Frühstück mit qualitativ hochstehenden Produkten

Lovely hotel although we were allocated an apartment outside of the hotel itself which we did not like!
Sylvia on reception handled it very well and changed it for a room inside. Very traditional Spanish but tastefully done.
There is a bar but no restaurant although you can get pastries in the mornings.
No refreshments in the room unfortunately hence 4 and not 5.

El hotel está perfectamente situada. Muy buena habitación para ir en familia y el desayuno todo casero,zumo recien exprimido...todos muy atentos.

Ya conocía el establecimiento pero hacía 22 años de mi alojamiento en él. Todo impecable y cabe resaltar la amabilidad del personal de recepción.

My husband and I stayed here about a month ago. We liked it so much that we decided to stay again. The hotel is very charming: the room is tastefully decorated, the bed is super comfortable, the staff members are all attentive and pleasant, the breakfast is fantastic. The only negative was that it was difficult for us to find a good restaurant for dinner nearby.

Excellently places hotel for touring Cantabria from Santander to Los Picos. Such friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, had an excellent room on the third floor with everything I could have asked for. A perfect place for my introduction to Northern Spain.

Finding an accessible room with roll in shower is very difficult and this was the best option in the area.. the bedroom was small with 2 very large beds. The wardrobe was in the entrance hall so not easily accessible for me.There was a bath in the bathroom but a drain in front of the toilet with hand held shower. Not the best adapted bathroom but useable. There is a lift down to the very nice dining room and breakfast was very good. The unexpected cost of 5€per day for parking seemed excessive especially as for one night we were the only guests in the hotel. As we do not speak Spanish and the staff speak neither English or French there was little communication. The proximity to Comillas is a bonus.

The place has everything you need, staff is very helpful and friendly, they accepted us with a dog that was important for us! The hotel is located walking distance from the town center, Gaudi building and the beach, although in a very quiet area. The only problem is that they charge for parking, but there's always free parking slots on the street in front of the hotel))
