Uitstekend
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met airconditioning. Gratis parkeren. Hotel ligt vlak bij centrum maar is toch rustig. Kamer was goed te verduisteren. Erg aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt afgezien van de koffie.

Cons:

Bedden waren voor ons wat hard maar dat is persoonlijk. Koffie bij het ontbijt komt uit een automaat en is niet lekker. Jammer dat er geen koffie-thee faciliteit op de kamer was.

Estadia muy agradable en Comillas
Pros:

Es muy agradable la terraza con vistas para desayunar, almorzar o cenar
La señora que tiene a cargo la cocina es muy amable y cocina muy bien. Las dos hijas que trabajan alli son muy amables y se esmeran con la atencion!

Nice and comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable room that brought good sleep, window shutters kept the light properly out and AC worked like a dream. Lovely shower with good water pressure and nice hot water. Staff was friendly and gave good tips for what to see and where to eat. Very quiet neighborhood save kids playing in the pool of the neighboring hotel during the daytime.

Cons:

The beds were a little on the too-soft / saggy side.

Buena ubicación, habitación abuhardillada incomoda.
Pros:

La atención de la persona cuando llegamos al checkin y como nos resolvió el incidente que tuvimos al llegar por la noche y encontrarnos la cama llena de hormigas que se habían colado por una zona de la pared, era ya muy tarde y tuvimos que cambiar toda la ropa de cama porque al estar lleno el hotel no había posibilidad de cambiar de habitación. Resolvió rápido y eficazmente.

Cons:

La habitación es incómoda en la parte abuhardillada ya que el techo es muy bajo y no se aprecia en las fotos. Tampoco no me gustó que no tuvieran un detalle después del incidente por la noche en la habitación, decidimos tomar un café antes de salir de viaje en la cafetería que está justo en recepción cuando haces checkout y hubiera sido un buen detalle que corriera por cuenta del hotel, además la persona que hizo el checkout no sabía si habíamos pagado y la forma no me parece correcta al entregar la llave de preguntar, debéis algo? Creo que si ella mira en el ordenador puede saber perfectamente si se debe algo o no y no era el caso, ya que habíamos pagado anticipadamente.
