Comfort Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

All good. Nice big, clean room

Received no maid service during 3 night stay. Unannounced attempted entry by two males. Entry was blocked by security bar. I lost travel docs at room stay - passport and visa for entry into foreign country.

Rooms were fine, adequately large and comfortable. Don’t waste your time with the breakfast buffet however.

Not a glitzy place but loved the price as compared to the extravagant prices of hotels in Nashville, approximately 15 miles away. I'd stay here again.

Everything was great, from easy and quick check in to check out.

Excellent experience

The first room I was in the tub was dirty they did switch me. The second room the air conditioner wasn’t really working and was loud so much so I had to turn the tv all the way up when it was on. Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast food. The only issue I would say is the check in person wasn’t very friendly and when they came to clean the room I said no thank you and they still insisted on taking my towels but didn’t replace them.

The bedding was stained. The air conditioning did work, the furniture had tears in the fabric. There was no fruit at breakfast.

The mattress and bedding were soiled. We did not stay and left the premises immediately.

Nice, well kept property up to the standards I would expect for a Comfort Inn. The receptionist was on the phone when we checked in so only handed me the room card and nothing else, but the room was fine.

I enjoyed staying at this location quiet nice environment but we had to wait about ten to fifteen minutes for someone at the front desk.

Wasnt a bad place, but free breakfast was dog food basically and room had trash in a few places left over from previous guest.

Found a dirty towel in the bathroom when we got there and found a dirty diaper underneath the bed. Otherwise, the stay was relatively nice.

Room was very nice, loved that it had a small living rm to set and visit with family.

Excellent all the way around! Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, rooms are large and clean...list goes on and on. Even if the more expensive hotels in this strip of hotels were same price, I would still stay here. Thanks!

Can’t put or select Quite cause the room next to us had a couple in it that was very loud yelling at each other. My second call to front desk solved the problem.
That is the one and only complaint I have. Also was very surprised and pleased at the room cost for $114.00 I hope this is correcy
