A Relaxing Stay at Best Western Hotel

Best Western Plus Hotel review
Pros:

The service was okay and everything else but the challenge l had most was problems with the wifi. The wifi connectivity was poor and if you would kindly work on improving the internet wifi connection then it would be great.But otherwise the rooms were clean neat and fresh the stuff were friendly as well l really enjoyed my stay Thank you ☺️

A wonderful experience
Pros:

I had a very nice experience at the best western plus Accra hotel.
Especially the front desk services particularly, Carota Naana who left her post to help treat bruises I had from slipping off the stairs.
Also with the house keepers, they prepared meals by as early as 4:20 am to help we the Muslims observe our fasts.
The cleaners too were top notch☺️

Great Stay, Poor Internet
Pros:

I enjoyed most aspects of my stay at the hotel. The employees were welcoming and took great care of the visitors, and the service was excellent. The only issue I experienced was the internet connectivity, which could be improved.

My experience was positive, especially with the food it was enjoyable to try various types of dishes.
Pros:

The WiFi in my room was unreliable, making it difficult to watch YouTube and browse the internet most of the time. However overall the service, food, cleanliness, and the hotel itself provided a great experience.

The food was of good quality, and the overall experience was positive. Restaurant service very slow and food not great. Breakfast service was good and wide choice available. There were renovation works ongoing.

Great place customer service was excellent from check-in to check out the food was amazing my only complaint was Uber late at night is hard to get to bring you back but the hotel did have shuttle and taxi available overall I would definitely stay again and the view are beautiful the space is great for weddings or conferences
