Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience I have had in Spain in many years of travelling there. I never write reviews, but my experience during this stay left me feeling very uncomfortable. From the moment I arrived, the security guard displayed a rude and hostile attitude. Later that night he began aggressively banging on my door, claiming my music was too loud. To be clear, the music was only playing from my phone and was not connected to any external speakers. I travel frequently and often play background music from my mobile phone when sleeping. I have stayed in many hotels across Spain and have never had any complaint or issue before playing music like this. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled. Instead of knocking politely and asking me to reduce the volume, the security guard repeatedly banged loudly on the door, which felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. A simple calm request would have solved the situation. To make matters worse, I received a call early the next morning from customer relations. Surprisingly, no effort was made to ask for my version of events. It felt as though I had already been assumed to be at fault without anyone first listening to what had actually happened, no interest there from them. Management should ensure that staff who interact with guests understand the importance of professional and respectful communication even in difficult scenarios , noting mine was not, as i complied anyway . Unfortunately this situation was handled very poorly, due to the unprofessional approach and attitude by the security man. This has left a very negative impression of what should have been a relaxing stay and I can say I would never be going back there. I moved out of the hotel after to hotel Benalma , played my music there and there was no issue. My personal view is that the security man was just pure plain racist I will dare say, right feom the begining of my entry into hotel.

Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado y limpio.
Buenas vistas desde la habitación y el recepcionista muy amable.
El desayuno y el almuerzo básicos, pero con variedad para elegir y estaba buena la comida

Cons:

Las camas eran un poco duras para nuestro gusto y pequeñas (de 90). Pedimos cama de matrimonio y entendemos que por disponibilidad no pudo ser, el rollo fue que las camas se separaban y se abría el hueco constantemente.
La pared estaba bastante rozada y manchada. No es algo de importancia pero sí un detalle a cuidar

Muy buen hotel pero para ir solo con el desayuno

Muy buena ubicación, las instalaciones bien, la habitaciones muy limpias y muy buenas. El personal muy atento

Cons:

Nos dijeron que allí ellos tenían en las comidas y cenas bufet libre y lo cogimos para la cena, fue PESIMO y fueron 18 euros más bebidas

Great Sunny 3 Night Break
Pros:

Great location only a few minutes walk down to the beach albeit steep hill to walk back up again, we chose the all inclusive option so all drinks / spirits are included too. plenty of bars / restaurants locally too. On site parking was good however in Summer or busier times will be challenging.

This hotel is Vast our room was in another part of the hotel complex so be mindful if you suffer mobility issues
