Alojamiento excelente para disfrutar del Valle de Arán de un ambiente familiar de lujo
Pros:

El ambiente familiar, trato del personal, comodidad de la cama, nivel de restauración y servicios, y situación respecto al telecabina de acceso a las pistas. Tiene detalles de atención que jamás he visto en otros alojamientos de lujo, que se agradecen, y marcan la diferencia.

Cons:

A ver, por poner algo, porque cualquier comentario negativo sería profundamente injusto, dado que la experiencia fue maravillosa y toda la familia la disfutamos muchísimo. Por aportar algún comentario, les aconsejaría meditar sobre el horario restringido de acceso al spa con niños (aunque entiendo que exista), mayor oferta de aguas termales o piscina mayor (que nos pareció un poco pequeña), y no pet friendly (porque nos gusta que nos acompañe a todos nuestros viajes)
