Pros:

Cute little boutique hotel at an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The interior and exterior are beautiful. Recommend.

Totallly Waste of Money
Cons:

Overall bakwaas experience: Paise toh 5-star ke barabar lete hain, lekin facilities guesthouse se bhi ghatia. Raat ko neend nahi aati noise aur uncomfortable bed ki wajah se. Din mein ghoomne ka mann nahi karta kyunki wapas aake room dekh ke mood kharab ho jaata hai. Heritage charm? Haan, purani cheezon ka charm zaroor hai – purani problems, purani service, purani cleanliness!

Good location

Cons:

Small rooms, no great facilities. Air con was a major issue as kept cutting out and need to keep restarting, making sleeping difficult especially in the not weather. Overall in poor condition.

Pros:

Es ist ein gut gepflegtes Heritage Haus und gehört zum Panjim Inn. Dort bekommt man auch das Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit sehr guter Lage in Fontainhas

Nice heritage hotel at a choice location.
Pros:

Right smack in the middle of the nice Portuguese neighborhood. Well kept heritage hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons:

The bed was really too small for two Europeans.

What I also didn’t like was that we had booked for four nights but unfortunately had to cut it short. They were willing to look into a refund but couldn’t because it was reserved through booking.com. So in the end it was an expensive stay.
