Pros:

Beautiful and historic old hotel in the best part of Panjim.
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel in a great location and with excellent staff. Large and beautifully decorated, old-fashioned room with a lovely and comfortable bed and a large, clean bathroom. Loved all the quirky ornaments and artwork throughout the hotel. Also liked the breakfast.

Cons:

The pool / jacuzzi needs cleaning.

Our stay was functional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the property was very interesting

Fantastic location. Beautiful old historic building

Cons:

The ‘free’ breakfast was unbelievably poor. We abandoned our breakfast table and went elsewhere. The staff were elusive and not very friendly. Traffic noise from the road was not good but we managed to drown it out with the air conditioning fan

Well organized, value+ for money
Pros:

Nice ambience - associated restaurant has good food
Continental+local food at breakfast was good

Cons:

We had not paid attention to the size of the room when booking - was a bit cramped - ok for a days stay - for longer ones need to book the bigger room

One of my favorite places to stay in Goa
Pros:

I have stayed here before and I love the location and the cleanliness. The rooms are large, the bathrooms modern and clean. I also like to eat there - the restaurant is very good and Western travelers can trust the food.

Adoreia a cozinha e os menus, o dono devia libertar os empregados p/ cuidarem limpeza diária quartos
Pros:

O pequeno é bom mas podia ser melhorado com mais varieade de frutas, sumos naturais e pão. Os empregados são muito agradáveis e disponíveis para resolver as situações dos hospedes. A cozinha é excelente.

Cons:

A limpeza diárias aos WCs nunca foi feita em 7 dias de estadia. O dono fazia reuniões diárias com os empregados que pareciam grandes secas, em vez de os libertar para eles fazarem as limpezas e tratarem do conforto necessário do hotel.
