It was clean

Cons:

No information provided about lack of crockery ,cutlery and toiletries until after payment was made and a "no refund" policy, so I couldn't change my mind. Did not understand that it wasn't a "hotel". Just a tiny room to shower and sleep.

I don’t agree with the $250 credit card deposit that comes out as a transaction instantly then when it’s credited back it can take sometime to be refunded

The price. The yard for coffee

Cons:

Woken up numerous early AM,s by others being thoughtless. Banging from others especially how room doors closed. Very loud. The smell of the room and if towels. Bought disinfectant spray. How no one cleaned for 11 days. Had to ask. Staff particularly helpful but when mentioning to them noise at 3, 4, 5am their answer always did you ring office? Bottom sheet always coming off bed. Garbage bin dirty inside and remote control

Overall, pleasant and would return for a short stay
Pros:

Location is great. Near to the shops, bus stops, train stations, and trams.

Cons:

Washing machine breaks down often. It was inconvenient to not have access to a vacuum cleaner
