Wirklich ein Gran Hotel!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer wunderbaren Lage mitten im Zentrum. Alles leicht zu erreichen, parken in der Tiefgarage und mit dem Aufzug ins Hotel. Auch unser Hund war mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden 😉.

Pros:

El hotel está genial,en todo el centro de Cáceres con un parking amplio a 15 euros la noche..las camadas son super cómodas,no desayuné, y no puedo opinar sobre eso,pero por lo demás todo genial, a 4 minutos andando de la plaza y el casco antiguo..repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Lovely location , nice hotel , great Carpark!
Pros:

The location was great and the car park was perfect and inexpensive. My husband enjoyed the Spa facilities too

Cons:

We weren’t able to use the air con because it was winter so we were very hot ( it was only heating allowed in winter )

La ubicación, el trato del personal, la habitación limpia,amplia

Cons:

El sistema de calefacción.
Hacía mucho calor en la habitación puesto que le daba el sol por su orientación, nos fuimos a pasear y dejamos el "aire acondicionado" puesto a una temperatura óptima para refrescar, cuando regresamos a la habitación, no sólo no estaba más fresca sino que estaba a una temperatura superior a la que la dejamos. Bajé a preguntar y oh sorpresa, no había aire acondicionado, sólo calefacción en invierno y aire acondicionado en verano, o frío o calor. La solución que nos dieron en recepción, abrir la ventana, con lo que se veía desde fuera y además entraba luz que molestaba para poder dormir.
