Oda bakımı ve temizliğinde bir kaç kusur olsada en nihayetinde fiyatına göre çok iyi, o nedenle tam puan veriyorum.
Personelle ufak pürüzler olsada yine iletişime açıklar ve çözüm odaklılar günün yorgunluğuda dahil ederek tam puan vereceğim.
Odalar büyük genel olarak her ihtiyaç var, manzarası ve havuzu oldukça güzel.

Üç yıldızlı otelden ziyade Motel gibiydi , “otelin” bahçe katında kaldım , şebeke çekmiyordu ve WiFi çok zayıftı. Banyo temiz değildi , üstelik duşakabinde iğne vardı. Sulardan da oluk oluk çamurlu su akıyordu.

3 gece çocuklarla kaldım, ne bı temizlikçi uğradı ne temizlik ürünleri yenilendi/getirildi. Wc kağıdını ve banyo malzemelerini yanında taşımak gerek oraya giderken, çok farklı otellerde kaldım ama bu türünün son örneği. Prizler kablolarda sallanıyor ,sabit değil, herhangi biri rahatlıkla carpilabilir

It was the most awful stay ever. First of all we were met by a woman who could not speak a work in english, so we could not understand each other at all.

When we came to the room - it looked nice but little did we know. The stove was not working - and the workers could not get it to start or even communciate in english with us. The air conditioning was off, and not working in the bedroom. And we were told that we could not use the bath in the bathroom, as it is forbidden. Why is there even a bath then??

The worker there was very very creepy. He first seemed like an old nice man, but throughout the week he would follow my family around each time we came or went somewhere. He would stand outside the balcony and watch, which made us super uncomfortable.

Also: the room was infested with bed bugs. At first we did not understand what was happening, as all of us were getting what we thought was "mosquito" bites. Now that we are home, we now have a bed bugs invasion in our home caused by the filthy hotel. They did also not offer room service at all. The pool that was supposed to open 9-6 often opened muchhhh later. I would not recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Pendik début mai, l'hôtel est bien placé mais malheureusement la piscine était fermée malgré le soleil et la chaleur, il n y avait pas de clim, pas de bouchon pour la baignoire, le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas et la rue est assez bruyante.
Le lit est confortable mais c'est deux lits simples collés, la couette est trop petite.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, l'hôtel est à côté d'une station Marmaray et devant un jolie parc qui donne sur la mer.
L'accueil était agréable

My stay was for a week and I requested laundry assistance. They said it would cost extra. The room conditions were not optimal, the pool was in poor condition, and the staff's English was very poor.

Ruhig gelegen nettes personal. Empfehlung von mir wenn man in Pendik ist.

I loved my stay here! Advise for international traveller -Take train from Sabiha airport to Pendik then change to Maramarry train from B1 one min walk from hotel - Google will not show this

Good value for money, but lamps in room were very poor, 1 not working

When I entered the room, both the bathroom and the toilet bowl were dirty. I asked the front desk to clean it. They told me I could take a 30-minute walk outside, and they would clean it up. After 30 minutes, they said they would need another 30 minutes. Finally, after spending an hour outside the hotel, I returned to the room and found that they had only cleaned the toilet bowl. I was too tired to go for another supposed 30-minute walk, so I decided never to stay there again. I'm not sure how they earned their 4-star rating.

the place is silent and it has a beautyful view on the seaside. TV is only for turkish people. Internet doesn't work properly.
