The room was lovely. It was a very big and comfy bed which was nice. The bathroom was surprisingly big and had everything we needed (as I'd forgotten to pack toiletries). The staff checked me in quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the whole hotel was beautiful too.
There was only one mug in our room which wasn't a huge problem as we just shared but it would have been nice to have one each.
In its day it would have been beautiful, however today - needs a serious good looking at and some TLC desperately needed
Where do i start:
Dated
Room very dirty, food on the floor, dirty stained walls, stained mirrors, dirty bathroom with half empty shower gels left
Communal areas - dirty, paint stripping all over the carpet along with food wrappers and food on the carpets
The place generally needed a hood deep clean
It’s central to everything
It’s dated and not clean we opened the door and there was melted chocolate on the chair and dust everywhere spayed from that ok
Nothing to dislike great hotel friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic
Nothing to dislike
The entrance to the hotel in amazing. Anything beyond that point is disgusting, very dirty and run down.
There was nothing to like about this place. It was very dirty and run down. The hallways were full of dirty bedsheets, towels, glass and other general rubbish. The bedrooms where the same. We decided that it was unliveable and left shortly after check in.
The staff were very helpful and friendly,.
The 1st room they give us we had to go back to the desk 4 times with the card key as the room they gave us we couldn't axsess the room ,and then we actually got into a different room which was on a slant, there was a double and 2 single beds, the toilet seat kept falling down while you were using it,ther was hols in the wall where they'd tried put something up,the fridge was a waste of time as it was as warm in the fridge as outside it nothing was cold that you took out of it,and as for the door to get in started with 2 inche cap at one end going 6 inches ,you had a pool in the hotel which as a guest you had to pay extra for.
The hotel is nice, we have stopped there before.
Top floor penthouse was unbelievably hot. I know it’s 30c but it was so much hotter than the other parts of the hotel. The price should be reduced in that heat. Booking.com also stated that it had a sea view, but it didn’t.
Loved being by the sea front and the staff were amazing
The room was tiny and not very clean
We paid £189 for 1 night and I dont feel it was value for money and also found out after that similar rooms were only £90 a night so very confused why we paid so much
Wszystko
Nic
Dirty
Rooms were unkempt
Brilliant location. Lovely room (suite)
One of the female of reception staff were rude & abrupt. Very disappointing.
Not at all welcoming.
Faulty toilet not repaired after 3 days.
Nowhere safe for early arrival luggage
Only that it was in the town.
Noodles on floor, hairs in the draws.bra inserts in draw the sofa was sticky and under cushions was disgusting hairs down the sides of cupboards. The wash basin in the room way to big,you couldn't sir on toilet properly.
Only location
Very dirty and bad service
I liked the size of the room
I liked that the bed was comfortable
I like that if your room wasn't ready you could leave your luggage and go out and come back and it was still there
That room was too hot and that wasn't because of the heat also I didn't want to complain because one member of staff was rude and I didn't get her name also people were banging the door outside our room against the the door too our room I know it wasn't the hotels fault but I couldn't tell the staff the next day as no one asked me how y stay was
Nothing
Everything. Its very dated and all floors are uneven. Even in one room we were given the bed was at an angle so not straight and the room was like a cupboard so we refused to stay in the room
