Busy, loads to do . Won’t be returning.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good.

Cons:

Duvet was too small for the size of bed . Pillows were hard . Windows were dirty . It wasn’t the standard I was expecting.

Have stayed many times & this was the most disappointing stay. will surely stay again but will expect improvements

Room let the stay down, not considering using this hotel again
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Room was poor with handles missing on drawers, outdated furniture, headboard on bed screwed to wall with screws visible, quite a lot of dust on top of wardrobe.

The location were good, but overall a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The room was clean but there were empty glasses from the previous occupant. There was red wine split on the carpet that stained my socks due to being freshly spilt. There was red wine on the outside of the door (hoping it was wine and not sick) In the bathroom there was redwine around the toilet so i am assuming the previous occupant vomiteed. There was no air conditioning but had a big window that was meant to overlook the sea, i could see a tiny bit if i stood on the windowsill.
There was a swimming pool was an extra charge, as was the parking. The parking was a nightmare despite it being advertised as availible.
Breakfast was shoddy, they had ran out of bread and other essentials. The bar ran out of beer before 11pm on a bank holiday saturday. poor planning indeed.

vomit in our room.
