the staff were really friendly
the breakfast room was quite dark
Noisy room inside and out, good location, food not great. Eat out mostly. No daily cleaner's had to go to reception for top ups towels toolet rolls, and drop our towels and rubbish outside of room.. where are the housekeeping now.

good location, walking distance to the beach. food was good, lots to choose from and bed was comfortable
seating arragements in the resturant, over growded. room were very hot
The bedroom was note as shown in photo's and was realy in need of refurbishment. Window pane was cracked, glass loose and rattled.

Location is great and staff are friendly.
Room was a bit tired. We have been before and had a much better room. We brought our dog and unfortunately this time we were in a long corridor and every movement outside disturbed him and he barked people were arriving back to their rooms as late as 3 am and then up at 6 am.

Everything, it was disgraceful, the building was falling apart, leaking. Nothing was clean.
The room 418, plenty of space and clean. ( Although the door needs some attention, the screws are coming away from the hinges, causing the door to stick).
The building is beatiful and conditions are reasonably well for its age.
This a beautiful Hotel and i would stay here again.
But i do feel the management and staff are letting it down.
Mixed attitudes from front of house, some were abit misserable.
Its a shame, alot, with just a few being the excption, of the staff do not take a any pride in their personal appearance.
Sorry to say, particullaly the bar staff, Unironed clothes, unclean and worn out foot wear. Hair should be clean and groomed.And if your weight has aultered over a period of time, change your size accordingly. I do not wish to see your under garment above you trouser waistband, thank you.
Dining room needs an extra couple of staff to ensure it runs alittle more smoothly. Tables lacking to be promptly cleared away, seeing people wondering around looking for a table that was clear.
Food, buffet style, ran out quickly, especially eggs in the morning with only around 10/12 fried eggs coming out every 15 minuetes or so, and people waiting for them, to then take two or three at a time on one plate.
Im hoping there are atleast 3 in the kitchen cooking, but i would be encline to think theres less.

The location was fantastic, and the hotel had lovely areas
The room we were in was tired and dirty there was dust everywhere the carpet had not seen a hoover and the bathroom was terrible but the beds were clean and comfortable.
