Left a very expensive shirt in the wardrobe on leaving and when I rang up the same day was told someone would contact me the day after which they didn’t I had to ring back and was told it wasn’t there, which can only mean that one of the staff took this shirt
Clean hotel and helpful staff
Beautiful building, great rooms and staff
Sadly the area outside the hotel was busy with people gathering late at night but it quietened down after a while
The hotel was beautiful and clean.
The bed room was very cold and no heating and a very draughty bedroom window. Apart from that lovely and clean

Excellent location with a sea view. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful building and spacious room and bathroom.
There was no soap for the wash basin and the soap dispenser in the bath was broken or empty. No coffee or spoons and only two tea bags. However these were quickly supplied by the efficient reception staff.
The bed well comfortable
I paid for a Seaview room i didn't get that and the bath room step my partner keep for getting the step and she hert herself by falling yes it got a sticker on the door but people going to forget about it

The swimming pool and the room was clean
Wardrobe hanging off the wall found a tablet on the floor radiator didn’t work in the room it was freezing
The location is good but no parking
Our room had only the bed changed, no hoovering, no surfaces had been wiped down, the tv remote was very dirty with food on it, the bathroom tap was thick with limescale, the dust was unreal everywhere and the room had a slant in it so we had to sleep at the other end of the bed.
