Personale gentile, moquette terribile
Pros:

Pulizia del bagno ottima. Anche la camera sembrava pulita anche se purtroppo c'è la moquette quindi per quanto riguarda il pavimento non si può dire.
Insonorizzazione buona: la nostra camera era lato ferrovia e con la finestra chiusa il rumore dei treni risulta molto attutito cosa non scontata.
Colazione varia e con torte fresche e personale davvero molto gentile.

Cons:

La moquette non si può vedere. Soprattutto nel corridoio è molto macchiata e dà una sensazione di sporco (anche l'odore del corridoio non aiuta). Abbiamo visto più volte il carrello delle pulizie e la signora aveva in dotazione è un'aspirapolvere per uso domestico. Pur con la più buona volontà non si può ottenere una pulizia ottimale. Già la moquette fa vedere i suoi anni (dopo quasi 20 anni un restyling almeno dei pavimenti sarebbe da considerare) , servirebbero almeno degli strumenti adeguati.

Molto deludente per quello che l'ho pagato

A parte la gentilezza del consierge con cui abbiamo fatto il check-in, non mi è piaciuto proprio nulla di questo soggiorno

Cons:

La camera molto piccola e soprattutto veramente molto rumosorsa, perchè con affaccio sull'autostrada.
La televisione in camera non funzionava. Lo abbiamo fatto subito presente in reception, ma non hanno fatto nulla per sistemare il problema (la ragazza di turno in portineria nemmeno parlava italiano e quindi secondo me ha fatto solo finta di capire), e quindi siamo stati per 2 giorni senza tv la sera.
I parcheggi dell'hotel tutti brandizzati Tesla, quindi erano solo ad uso di auto elettriche, e noi - pur essendo ospiti paganti e pur avendo molti bagagli - abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare distante

Arredamento molto datato e rovinato (anta credenza rotta, mensole seccate e sverniciare...) .Rumore di lavorazione proveniente dalla ferrovia sottostante.
