Although it was sold in surrounding areas

Really disappointed. I had to cancel my hotel because my son was unwell and they wouldn’t even refund me anything not even half of what I paid. Very disappointed will not be booking with them again!

Liked the hospitality by allstaff very friendly. Really all food options as it was a all incudive stay.

Reception staff Waleed and Bar Staff Eshan also Abdul were absolutely outstanding and nade us feel comfortable throughout our trip to Dubai.

Really well organised transport systems to the Ajman beach and Dubai Mall.

Definitely choose Ramada Suites agian.

I booked for 3 people (my daughter is 14 years old). The hotel confirmed that your reservation is a double bedroom (3 in one bed). The extra bed costs around 190$ for the week of my stay,

Pros:

It is a beautiful place that have family interest at heart. Geographically I would have preferred to stay close to where the activities are. But the staffs and quietness made up for all that. It was a great experience.

The rooms do need a little update as there is noticeable mold, but it is otherwise clean. The staff was amazing, very hospitable, and ready to address any need.
