A ruined holiday because of the hotel.

localização! Mas tive um oroblema serissimo porque nao aceitei fazer a reserva diretamente com o jotel e fiz com o Booking! No dia seguinte fiz nova reserva e o hotel nso aceitou! Inacreditavel! Fiquei em chowue!

Die Lage ist zentral, das Hotel gemütlich und das Frühstück ist gut.

Die neue Chefin wirkt sehr unprofessionell und handelt nicht Lösungsorientiert wenn der Gast ein Problem hat, bzw....man bekommt sogar den Eindruck vermittelt das Gäste die über booking.com buchen nicht wirklich willkommen sind. Zum Hintergrund, wir haben ein EAuto, leider wurde bei Buchung über booking erwähnt das ein Parkplatz zum Laden vor Ort mit dem Hotel selber klären sollte. Was wir auch versuchten. Das Hotel hat 4 Parkplätze wo ein Auto geladen werden kann. Als wir ankamen war noch 1 Parkplatz frei, bei 2 Parkplätzen standen Verbrenner und der letzte Platz war durch die Chefin selbst belegt. Beim Einchecken der Empfang war auch nicht besonders herzlich oder interessiert....fragten wir bei ihr direkt an ob wir unser Auto laden könnten bzw...ob noch was frei wäre bezüglich eines Parkplatzes, Sie sprach uns direkt mit einem sehr unverschämten Ton an, das wir sowas anmelden bzw. reservieren müssten....sie ließ mich gar nicht zu Wort kommen um ihr zu erklären warum ich das nicht konnte. Als ich endlich zu Wort kam, und ihr erklärte das mir das über die Plattform booking.com nicht möglich wäre. Entgegnete sie mir mit einem abwertenden Ton. Tja, dann hätten Sie besser über unsere Homepage vom Hotel gebucht. Als ich fragte wo wir denn dann parken und laden könnten....verwies sie uns an einen öffentlichen Parkplatz einige Meter weiter, ich fragte nochmal nach....ob wir dort laden könnten....darauf kam von ihr ein jaja ich glaub schon legte uns den ZimmerSchlüssel dahin und ging.....Wie waren so schockiert über dieses Verhalten....im übrigen konnte man an dem Parkplatz gar nicht lade....
hätte ich das Hotel nicht schon im Vorfeld bezahlt. Wären wir nicht geblieben. Am nächsten Tag, reisten viele Gäste ab, sodas die Parkplätze auch nicht wieder besetzt wurde. Es wäre durchaus möglich gewesen uns eine Möglichkeit anzubieten.

Ich kenne das Hotel noch als es vom Ehepaar Brühl geleitet wurde, absolut kein Vergleich. Sehr enttäuschend.

localização e acomodação e awrviço com exceção da recepcionista de hohe que é mal educada! E lorque fiz a fezerva diretamente no Booking simpkeamente nao aceitou e disse que nao tinja vafa! Constrangimento enorme e comunico para ni gu mais aogrer isso!

eles nao aceitam reserva do booking, isso é muito serio e o hotel deve ser descadastrado!

朝食が美味しい、受付が親切なホテル
Pros:

駅から徒歩圏内。つぐみ横丁もすぐ行ける距離。受付の方が親切だった。朝食がとてもフレッシュでパンやヨーグルトなど、種類が豊富で美味しかった。今回のドイツ旅行で6泊ちがうホテルに泊まったが、こちらの朝食が一番美味しかった。ベッドの寝心地も良く、掃除も行き届いていた。

Cons:

良くなかったわけではないが、ドアノブが独特なので、開け閉めが難しかった。ホテルのチェックインが15-18時と短いのは注意が必要。

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist als einziges ein Manko gewesen - Wasser nicht frei verfügbar zum Trinken und wenig Alternativen für vegetarisch/vegan - aber lecker was es gab :)

Es wahr ein sehr schönes Zimmer und praktisch mit ein tollen Frühstück.Das Hotel wahr sehr gelegen man kam überall super hin.
