Die Servicedame beim Frühstück war nett

Als ich in der Früh aus dem Zimmer kam, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Also ging ich zuerst frühstücken. Das Apfelkompott war verdorben und das Teewasser kalt. Allerdings war die Servicedame dort nett. Also die Rezeption auch nach dem Frühstück nicht besetzt war, fragte ich, ob ich den Schlüssel einfach hinlegen kann, bezahlt war schließlich schon. 5 Minuten später wurde ich angerufen, was mir denn einfiele, einfach so abzuhauen. Also bin ich extra zurückgegangen, denn die Turismusabgabe konnten sie scheinbar nicht über meine Kreditkarte abbuchen. Anstatt sich für das Missverständnis zu entschuldigen, durfte ich mir anhören, was mir denn einfiele mit Karte zahlen zu wollen (als Geschäftsreisende mit der Abrechnung einfacher). Als es dann persönlich wurde, und ich die Dame darauf hingewiesen habe, dass man so nicht mit Gästen umgeht, hieß es das macht man so bei frechen Gästen und ich solle sehr gerne eine schlecht Bewertung schreiben, hier ist sie;) Der Frühstücksraum ist dunkel und die Zimmer klein, aber ok.
