Hotel bem localizado perto da estação com instalações bem mantidas

Hotel moderno, com boas instalações. Pequeno almoço bastante variado.

Cons:

Bastante caro para o que oferecem. Indisponibilidade de aquecer comida dos clientes num microondas. Toalhas na casa de banho estavam manchadas e não houve manutenção do quarto apesar de ter ficado mais de uma noite.

Pros:

Clean modern hotel, very good breakfast, staff accommodating to my extra requirements and sometimes real empathy.

Cons:

I didn't realize on booking that to access the hotel from the town side you have to go Through the station (although access from the station is easy via the back exit). I felt awkward at first, particularly at a busy time but the station staff put me at ease with it quickly waving me through. Clearly, being on the town side for me as a town visitor might have been a more logical choice.

Cons:

We came down for breakfast after 9 every morning . The third morning the scrambled egg had all gone and was never topped up. I asked for some butter but that had all gone too. My husband wanted porridge but there wasn't any of that left either. The food that was prepared was nice and hot though, and cereal selection was good.

My room was freezing 🥶 and was woken up by the cold at 4am heating did not work even at that time was reported in the morning but nothing was done
