Pros:

Very clean, location is very ideal and easy to get to. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

No phone to call reception in the room.
WIFI was not stable. In fact, very poor. It took me 20 minutes to get on and then it intermittently dropped regularly. I was not able to do the work I planned to. Unacceptable.

Let down by Unsafe staff practices
Pros:

The property is nice and modern, extremely clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff on the night desk gave my key code to someone, granted yes I knew them but considering it was a lone booking (only my name on it) and I’d only checked in an hour prior and not told them I was expecting anyone, I was shocked to be in the shower and hear my door open. When highlighting this to the night staff they said it was their policy if the person could tell them enough details. When i highlighted the risk of sex trafficking, fleeing domestic violence etc they just responded that it was their policy and seemed very much like they didn’t care. I obviously wasn’t happy with this and expressed my concerns in the morning to the team leader I believe she was, who handled the situation a lot better and was extremely apologetic. However, I simply cannot rate this hotel any higher because it was dangerous practice.

The rooms could also do with smart TVs
