Pros:

We've stayed in this hotel alot over the last 10 years was disappointed to find the pool table isn't there anymore even although it was still in the adverts

Cons:

Room not getting cleaned when had asked it to be and no clean towels after being at a festival all day we looked forward to comming home for a shower and we had no towels went to reception was given 4 hand towels 🙈
