Good location for what I needed
Check in staff barely acknowledged upon check in. Nothing explained, no timings for meals etc. Nobody seemed to care. Bed very low, and not very comfortable. Huge gap at bottom of door meant corridor light shined through all night. Breakfast very mediocre.
It’s in a convenient place… good parking.

The location was good for access to the city with convenient parking.
A seasoned traveller but a first time stay here, the staff were a little unfriendly. Travelling for business I was hoping to get a decent night sleep but was awoken to insanely loud music next door to me at 5am. Facilities were ok, but I was given a disability room which was a little odd. Breakfast was average at best. I felt that it was overpriced and overall service was lack luster.
The location to the arena was perfect and it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.
The check in was quite a wait as none of the self check in screens worked. Then the staff member only checked us in for one of our rooms. Despite pre-arranging an interconnecting room this hadn't been booked for us but was arranged at that point.
Breakfast was very poorly managed. The layout of the buffet meant everyone was queuing to reach all the food and drinks stations. They ran out of all hot breakfast items and cutlery so there was a long wait for hot food. The staff monitoring the buffet were very poor. The porridge serving spoon could have done with replacing more frequently as it had dried, gloopy porridge on it. I cant see how a kitchen can take so long to cook bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs...
Chap on reception was friendly and helpful, (even at 2 in the morning!).
Room was clean, comfy and quiet - located on a quieter part of the business park so no road noise.
Will definitely stay here again and would recommend.
Competitively priced.
Would be nice to have extra pillows in room.
Breakfast was excellent...location perfect for Pride Park.
So clean. Friendly helpful staff, great food. Location
Great facilities if staying at the hotel . Comfortable bed and bathroom . Dog friendly. Was close to the city centre and able to access through the station.
The fan in the bathroom was on 100% of the time and did not turn off. Was a bit annoying to have to pay for additional parking .we were not told that the 10k was on on the Sunday and we could not leave the environs until much later in the morning
Everything
Nothing
Good room, nice hotel for the price
struggled to keep up with demand at breakfast and kept running out of food
One of the reception staff members was very welcoming and kind to talk to
Was ignored by a reception team member in the morning as her phone was more important. The loud wake up call from the other guests attempting to continue their evening party in the hallways. Lifts stopped went up to 2nd floor but going down couldn't go past 1st floor due to broken Ground floor button. Both roads leading out of the hotel were blocked the next morning due to a sports event.
Shower was great. Located 15 mins walk from the arena.
Everywhere was clean. Staff very helpful.

Location
Great location. Lots of parking. Fair price. Room clean.
Room very hot - air conditioning didn’t seem to make much difference when put on.
Breakfast not good at all. Dirty dishes everywhere, serving spoons congealed with food, cold food out looked far from fresh.
