The room was nice and clean..but very disappointed in breakfast selection and times 6 to 9..usually about time getting up breakfast is done. And quickly shuts down at 9.. and selection is minimal, dried out, and not great..

Breakfast was disappointing
Cash, staff at the registration when i checked in, is the reason am giving 8. Otherwise, my score would have been lower. I reserved 2 rooms and were assigned rooms that were far apart from each other and at separate floors. Upon request, he re-arranged the room assignments so that i can get adjacent rooms.
That i had to request adjacent rooms. At other hotels, they automatically just give me adjacent rooms when i reserve more than 1. It seems safe to assume that person reserving more than 1 room would want rooms that are close to each other. Should not need to be requested..... also, The scrambled eggs at breakfast was too watered down.
Was suppose get a first floor room. Upon arrival discovered that my room was switched from 1st floor to 2nd floor. I had requested to be put on the 1st floor... The front desk person (Cash) had stated that all the 1st floors were taken. Informed was disappointed as I have a lot of items I needed to unload and take to my room and load when I checkout... They not only put me on a 2nd floor they also put me in a room all the to the back of the floor. This was even more disappointing... I told the front desk that they should have called me before just changing my room... I will never come back to here and will not recommend anyone else for lack of communication and less than remarkable customer service.
It was a convenient location
The floor around the bed was dirty- there was a soda cap bottle on floor and it looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Nice pool.

We stayed for a while due to issues with our housing, and it was great! All of the staff were amazing. The pool and gym were nice and clean. My experience made me a fan of the brand!
