The clean and comfortable room

Cons:

Desk girl was not friendly when I checked in. I felt like an inconvenience. I booked this stay for a getaway for myself and granddaughters to swim and hot tub. Found out when we went to the pool that the spa was closed. Disappointed. The breakfast was not good at all. Sausage undercooked like it was microwaved, potatoes were still hard and not cooked and im not sure what kind of batter was used for the pancakes but it was awful and they didnt even brown. I do really like the coffee machines. Overall very shocked that this was a negative stay. I will definitely not choose this Holiday Inn Express again. Extremely disappointed.

Pros:

Best hotel we stayed in during our 6 day road trip. Amazing facilities and incredible rooms! It felt like we were in an apartment, not a hotel. The ceilings were vaulted which made the room even more comfortable. The pet area was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even with a clogged toilet. Loved the fresh ground coffee offered 24 hours in the lobby. Everything was extra clean and highly comfortable.

Cons:

The Jacuzzi was not working, but if it had been, this would have been a perfect stay.

Great spot and great hotel. Staff was the highlight.

Staff was great. Room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The gave us a room that was a great location for us with our pup. Really appreciated the extra attention given without having to ask.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower could have been better. It got warm but not hot. other than that the room and the amenities were great. No coffee maker in the room though was a surprise. Exterior doors were rather loud when people were going in and out.

The location was safe and fairly convenient.

Cons:

The hotel was fine, but it wasn't great. It wasn't very clean. The lobby bathroom was fairly dirty, the lobby floor was in need of a cleaning as well. There were fingerprint smudges on the lamp in our room. The elevator was very slow to respond. We rarely buy snacks from the lobby of hotels, but in this case we needed a quick snack and the selection and the amount stocked was very poor. It looked like they were out of many things. The receptionist was kind and friendly, but it sounded like she was on a personal phone call when she checked us in (There was someone coughing over the speaker phone). And as soon as she checked us in, she immediately went outside. Just not very professional. The room was fine, but felt very much like a budget hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few healthy choices. I ate eggs and that's it. The hotel worked for our needs, but I would not choose this location again. With some relatively minor changes, this location could be improved.
