Pros:

The room was really nice and clean. They did have breakfast which was nice

Cons:

Terrible service they held 50 dollars on my card, and promised it will be returned after 10 business days. I never received that money, tried contacting the property they stopped answering, even Coperate said I need to contact that direct property. If you want to give away free money then stay here! Also, the elevator was terrible!

Pros:

Decent just needs to be easier to contact and maybe later stay but will book again

Cons:

I tried to get in contact with the property for over a week before my stay and couldn’t, front desk number didn’t work. I also wish it was an option to check out later than 12. I was staying in town til later in the day but that was the only option

Rust in bathroom, toilet stopped up had to change rooms, spiders on the wall, roachs dead in my room and crawling on the wall, Chris the worker is a liar so avoid him at all cost, no one never at the front desk

My recent stay at this Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

First, the front desk staff had a very poor attitude—unhelpful, impatient, and lacking basic courtesy, which made the check-in experience unpleasant. The hotel environment at night was also quite disruptive, with loud noise that made it difficult to rest. When I reported the issue, my complaint was ignored and no action was taken.

To make matters worse, I was unable to reach the front desk by phone at night—the calls either went unanswered or seemed to be deliberately hung up. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel.

Most concerning was a serious safety issue—someone attempted to open my room door during my stay. This was very alarming, and the hotel failed to provide any proper response or reassurance.

Overall, the service, environment, and safety standards were far below expectations. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Cons:

I didn't like the room ,when my wife and i open the room door the smell like Marijuana and the girl on duty didn't want to give us another room besides she had a very bad attitude because we requested another room.Also the girl on duty told my wife was on the third floor and when she arrived at the ice machine it was broken and then went to the second floor same thing the machine is broken, just very bad service.
