Cheap and tacky
Pros:

Wish I had booked else where room was not clean was thick dust everywhere and crumbs all over floor no room to even swing a cat never mind a family room the room smelt damp and such an off smell of deep fat fryer the the staff need to be retrained on the correct information to give to customers no mention of £30 hold fee or the low mission zone and also that you have to pay for parking breakfast was utterly horrible tasteless and stale yes our stay was cheap for a night but you expect more from a well known company sum up our stay in 3 words cheap and tacky
