Pros:

Fantastic staff, Stewart could not have helped enough, good value for money also

Cons:

Only 1 small thing. The phone to get in after 11pm, I am hard of hearing and could barely make out what was being said, I wearv2 hearing aids

The staff were really lovely and clearly worked very hard.
