Cheerful and friendly hotel that is extremely central for a stay in Dundee.
Pros:

The hotel is extremely central and the reception and restaurant/bar area has a stunning view to enjoy whilst having breakfast or sitting in this area. The staff were extremely helpful. We had to make a change to our booking due to an issue with my sons accessibility as a wheelchair user and the staff (particular mention to Sarah on reception who went above and beyond) were very helpful and understanding. There are many things to do and see on the doorstep. Would be very suitable for someone travelling with or without a vehicle.

Cons:

Longer breakfast hours in the week day might be helpful for people on holiday.

Great location. Lovely, helpful staff. Comfortable room & beds. Good breakfast.
Car park was perfect, floor 3 takes you right into the reception of the hotel and with the discount was only £15 for 2 days.
The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond!

Cons:

Very picky but more teabags in the room.
