More trouble than it's worth.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The refrigerator was broken in the original room, so then we got transferred to another room. In the new room, the toilet was disgusting and I had to clean it myself. They seem understaffed - never enough blankets, etc.
We stayed here in the beginning of January. The hold for the incidentals is still on my card. I've called my bank several times, and they keep telling me the hotel hasn't released it. I call the hotel and no one seems to have an answer or know what I'm talking about. I would never stay at this place again.

Cons:

I asked for prepaid breakfast and they gave us limited breakfast vouchers. The food was very good but you need to pay attention to the menu, there are several limitations and/or combinations. My suggestion: Drop the included breakfast option (along with the voucher) OR provide a more friendly breakfast voucher.
