La ubicación.
El apartamento era enorme y tenía una terraza espectacular con unas vistas preciosas la verdad. Es una zona bastante tranquila. Las camas eran bastantes cómodas . En limpieza el apartamento tiene un 10 la verdad estaba todo muy limpio y detallado. Pasamos una sola noche y era nuestra primera vez volveremos a repetir.

Hôtel exceptionnel 15 jours en famille
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel à Tenerife.
Le personnel a été absolument remarquable, toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel.
Le logement était très grand, parfaitement adapté pour nous qui étions 5, ce qui est assez impressionnant pour un hôtel. La propreté était irréprochable, honnêtement l’une des meilleures que nous ayons vues.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée au respect de l’environnement, un vrai plus aujourd’hui.
L’hôtel est décoré avec énormément de goût : malgré sa grande taille, on s’y sent comme chez soi, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et agréable.
Une très belle découverte pendant notre séjour à Tenerife. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Cons:

C'est du détail mais si le restaurant pouvait proposer un petit déjeuner ça serait un plus et le sèche cheveux qui ne marchait pas très bien

Beautiful comfy apartment, nice views

Cons:

Cold water in swimming pools, some swimming pools were close due to renovation, far from anything, very narrow parking space with no automatic gates- each time you need to get off car and walk to reception for key to open garage making it very uncomfortable

Antes de reservar, hablar con el hotel a ver si hay alguna incidencia
Pros:

El apartamento en sí, grande y espacioso. La cocina bastante completa, tiene de todo. El dormitorio amplio y la cama muy cómoda que, para mí, es fundamental. Aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio. Y por último, añadir que tiene 2 televisores de pantalla plana.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, es que la piscina más grande estaba cerrada por mantenimiento del 27 de abril al 17 de mayo. El hotel sí lo pone en su página. Pero booking, no te lo dice exactamente. Te pone que el hotel puede estar en reformas y lo pone en la parte de abajo del todo, que cuesta verlo. Por otro lado, el parking es privado pero previa reserva y no hay tantas plazas para todos. Y una de las razones por las que lo había cogido, es por el aparcamiento. Pero al final, tuve que aparcar en la calle.

Los apartamentos muy amplios y súper limpios, tenían de todo, la cocina impecable. Camas cómodas y grandes. Las instalaciones en general muy bien.

Cons:

En la descripción pone que las piscinas están abiertas todo el año y al llegar nos informaron que la piscina grande cerraba todos los años por mantenimiento hasta mediados de mayo. Si no es algo puntual y es por mantenimiento anual, es comprensible, se debería de indicar en la descripción ya que si hay mucha gente te ves muy limitado ya que solo queda la piscina infantil y la climatizada que está en una zona muy acotada.

Wij troffen het net dat het zwembad gesloten was vanwege reparatie.

Falta de información, y actualización de horarios
Pros:

La habitacion y la terraza con las vistas ha sido muy buena, teníamos espacio para todos los miembros de la familia, a parte de todo muy nuevo y limpio, las camas muy cómodas, les faltaban unas almohadas algo mas mullida porque se quedan muy bajas para la cabeza.

Cons:

- que no avisaran que la piscina grande estaba de reformas, creo que es algo obvio a mencionar porque uno paga por pos servicios y luego llegar y no tenerlos, cuando ya no puedes ni cancelar. Eramos bastantes personas con el mismo problema, la piscina en funcionamiento era muy pequeña para toda la gente que se bañaba.
- el horario de piscina es muy reducido, teniendo en cuenta el buen tiempo que hace y lo larga que son las tardes.
- el horario de entrada al apartamento, al final pagas por dos dias.. y no llegas a tenerlos, te hacen entrar a las 15 de la tarde, y con una salida de las 10:00 de la mañana, te levantas corriendo para recoger y salir para que no te penalicen, y si quieres quedarte mas.. todo es pagarlo y pagarlo es algo injusto.
