It was our fourth or fifth time at the resort over the last twenty years. An ideal place to stay if you're looking for some sun, peace & quiet (excepting the planes coming in to land at Tenerife South, but at least it's not directly under the flight path like some).

Reception staff are always helpful and any issues are dealt with quickly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, certainly a step up on our early stays. Happy to go back again in the next year or two.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable. A fair walk from the reception to our accommodation.

First time in Tenerife for 3 weeks and, this was our second residence in the South(Golfe del Sur).

Super friendly staff at the reception Juan J. and Maria also David at the swimming pool area making sure both adults and children are having a fantastic experience.

The whole experience was just perfect, we were fortunate to have a Vila with a terrace facing the airport and that was the winning ticket for my son who's an aviation lover.

The vila was spacious and fully equipped, the whole resort felt like being in a small village, quiet and peaceful and, we loved it.

The resort is easy to travel to and from the airport and attractions nearby by public transports.

That feeling of being by the pool, seeing the children enjoying themselves while watching the plane pass by had no price!!!

Yes, we've now added The Royal Tenerife Country Club onto our top places list to stay and we're definitely coming back soon!!

We had an excellent family holiday here. Very clean & tidy and nice and quiet. Maybe a bit too quiet for some families with kids, but we all enjoyed it. The only negative was that they charge extra for pool towels which i didn't agree with. But on the whole, I'd happily return here again.

Overall this stay was quite good. The hotel room was in a really nice condition with two bathrooms, a nice balcony and a kitchen which was really handy. There was also one bedroom that could fit three people and a comfy sofa bed. However, the downside to this hotel is that you have to pay for anything extra. For example, extra towels are an additional 2 euros each, late checkout is 10 euros per hour and the hotel website doesn't mention it is 6 euros per hour/per person to use the facilities like the gym and spa. There is no inclusive dining service, but there is a small restaurant, located in the middle of the pool. There is also a minimart next to the hotel that has all the essentials like water, cereal, condiments etc.

Did not communicate pool closure - apologetic but no communication prior to trip. We would have changed hotels if we had been informed prior to trip.
Apparently this comes under their ‘maintenance policy’ so do be aware not all dates are listed on the hotel website or the hotels.com page - ours was not!
Personally wouldn’t risk booking this hotel as it seems their pool might be closed at any point in the year with this ‘maintenance’ policy. Very noise building works going on near reception too! AVOID

This property is a DIAMOND! Absolutely wonderful and planning on returning if I don't buy one of their penthouses!!!

Excellent stay, property apartments and surrounding areas a bit dated (90s decor) but overal a very relaxing resort.
