Pues que contraté una cosa y me dieron otra, se lo comunique a la chica de recepción,pero tuve que insistir por la tarde porque no sé pusieron en contacto conmigo,ya en la tarde me atendió Ana y me lo resolvió enseguida. Un punto a señalar me parece muy temprano la salida a las 10 de la mañana pero es una opinión mía

And it was a right decision!
The staff is very friendly and helpful
We were given a good room with a view

Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club, definitely the kind of accommodation not to be missed

Great accommodation in a really nice complex overlooking the ocean, with everything you can wish for...to name but a few...spacious apartments very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, gym, souvenir shop, large swimming pool area with lots of sunbeds, music, wonderful entertainment activities...great value for money...and the staff are really professional...special thanks to Jennifer, a very helpful and considerate receptionist who did her best to make our entire stay excellent...when in Tenerife again, we'll definitely come back to Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club.
