The staff was very friendly the room was clean and comfortable. The value for money was very poor.
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was fine.

Cons:

We found it way over priced, poor value for the money. The check in was very slow and the shuttle to the airport, (the main reason we stayed here) was very unorganized.

Nice place convenient location
Pros:

Close the airport, the pool was lovely and the staff was. Eye helpful.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and the air conditioner was loud and needs maintenance.

Could be better.
Pros:

Very convenient location next to the airport.

All time hard beds. Very slow check-in process. 20 minutes before the shuttle came to pick us up.

Perfect hotel for us except for the airport shuttle not being provided

Pool and all the location are great. Close to lots of places to eat.

Cons:

They offered an airport shuttle when we booked. We arrived at 330 pm to check in. We needed an airport shuttle for 5am the next morning for a 7:10 flight. They indicated the 5am and 5:15am shuttles were already booked. When we asked about a taxi they were able to arrange for 7 of us a $55US option for a 5minutes drive. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the shuttle to the airport like most people. I'm imagining this is happening every single day so i hope the hotel comes up with a solution.

One night so only experienced the hotel and the lounge. Front desk could offer a smile.
Pros:

Most likely good. The finishes are tired and look like they need to be refreshed. Food was good, serving staff excellent. Front desk could smile a little. Room was good.

Cons:

For the money, the finish in the hotel and rooms are generally run down and are in need of replacing. Looks and feel need to meet the cost otherwise lower the cost and keep the finishes.
