Pros:

It was an amazing stay at this hotel! Maybe re consider the location if you’re looking forward a more central spot of the city. But the staff, facilities, everything was a 10/10. There’s a mall right around the corner, with a food court and many stores. Getting to central Madrid is quite hard but that was our own fault. This hotel’s amazing!

Siempre me alojo en este hotel cada vez que puedo

Cons:

El trato de la primera chica de la recepción que nos atendió en nuestra llegada en la noche no fue muy cortés ni muy presta a ayudar aún así, la atención recibida el día siguiente por la otra chica fue excepcional con vocación de servicio y amabilidad.

Good stay. The receptionist allowed us to extend for another 2 hrs for free.

Room quite tight. During our stay, there was only one lift that was working which caused delay and queueing.

Ubicado "dentro" de uno de los outlet más grandes del sur de Madrid, es ideal para una escala para dejar contenta a tu pareja... El Hotel cumple con creces, habitaciones cómodas, baño en excelentes condiciones, limpieza y tranquilidad. Y mucha zona de parking gratis. El desayuno cumple.
