Tres bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et très professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien et avec la formule demi pension nous nous sommes régalé

Cons:

Rien de spéciale à déclarer. L’emplacement est en haut d’une côte donc avec les bagages ce n’est pas des plus évidents mais à part cela ( qui est un détail car le bus n’est pas loin) rien à redire

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE A RECOMMANDER
Pros:

Accueil charmant de la part d'ANDREA qui nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements et conseils
Hôtel très bien tenu avec un beau jardin une piscine avec tout les équipements ,différents coins pour se reposer ou s'isoler et surtout une très grande et belle terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle!!!
Petits déjeuners copieux ainsi qu'un restaurant intéressant
Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute
Un grand merçi!!!

una settimana a Ischia
Pros:

buona colazione sufficientemente varia, la camera non molto spaziosa, ma pulita e luminosa. stessa cosa per il bagno anche se era sufficiente una doccia un po' più ampia. la posizione non è centralissima, ma in 10 minuti si raggiunge il lungomare.
ottima la piscina, la possibilità di mangiare qualcosa a pranzo vicino al bodo vasca e la spa con la possibilità di fare massaggi. bellissima la terrazza sul tetto.

Cons:

nulla; per migliorare porterei da 2 a 3 le portate proposte nella mezza pensione; comunque il cibo proposto è generalmente piuttosto buono.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Kleines nettes Hotel mit kleinen außen und Innenpool.

Personal überaus freundlich, meist deutsch sprechend, teils mehrsprachig.

Frühstücksbuffet klein, von allem etwas. Abendessen (drei Gänge) sehr gut. Preislich kein großer Unterschied zu anderen Restaurants in der Stadt.

Wie hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Terrasse.

Blick auf Berg, Stadt und das Meer, hervorragend. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. W-Lan/WiFi sehr gut und sehr stabil. 


Die Buslinie 186 ist ca 50m entfernt. Taxi vom Hafen Ischia Porto hat Okt/25 fünfundzwanzig Euro, die Fahrt zum Hafen Casamicciola 20 € gekostet. Hier fahren Schnell- und Autofähre.


Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe.


Wenn wir wieder auf Ischia sind, ist dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl.

Beyond exceptional!
Pros:

If our group of 8 could rate this higher than exceptional, we would. Every single thing about the property - the gardens and plantings, how clean and well-maintained the staff kept it, THE OWNER, the made-to-order coffee, the pool temperature, the pool drinks, the food, the beds, bedding and towels, the view, drinks and nighttime lighting from the rooftop - simply everything about this stay made us feel like we were living a charmed life. We walked (downhill) into town in 15-20 minutes and we always returned on foot but taxis are available if walking uphill isn’t for you. A full supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant one night, but walked downhill to restaurants for other meals. We also bought tickets at a tobacco shop for city bus and rode that a couple of times.

Cons:

maybe a coffee maker in the room, but then we would have missed the incredible cappuccinos that were made to order.

I think to make your facility more friendly to customers maybe to provide good charges of phones..I think it is first you could improve by not much investing ... But ofc all still brings their own charges.😄 Ou might be you could grow lemon grass as well, I saw your neighbour has it up to street and it smells good.

The hotel felt very personable, the owners were wonderful and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. We also loved the location, quite out of the way and quiet which is exactly what we wanted.

Pros:

Beautiful
hotel, 10 min by walk from the ferry port, with the swiming pool and colourful garden. Regular singer's performance on the big roof terrace. Pleasant receptionist who was ready to share any information about the Ischia, bus tickets, thermals etc.
