Pros:

Super hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. On a pu laisser nos bagages étant arrivés plus tôt et le lendemain toute la journée pendant nos visites. La chambre était propre, le lit super confortable et grand, les rideaux permettent de dormir dans le noir. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Grand centre commercial pas loin. Jacuzzi sur le toit et une piscine aussi.

Cons:

L'emplacement est un peu "excentré" si vous prenez le métro du centre où il y a les principales visites. Mais ca se fait bien. Ras sur le quartier très safe, un peu "mort" la nuit

Overall, everything was very good, although there was limited flexibility in some areas.
Pros:

Good service overall. Everything was clean and well organized. It was also convenient for the cars picking me up to stop and park.

Cons:

At reception, they could have been a little more flexible in allowing me to check in before the official time, especially considering that my room was already ready and that I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving early. For checking in just 2–3 hours before the official time, I was charged half of the daily room rate. I understand that this may be hotel policy, but I believe there could have been more flexibility. This is something that will make me think twice about staying at this hotel on my next visit to Santiago.

Localização excelente, de fácil acesso a todos os lugares, a poucos passos do Costanera. O quarto era maravilhoso, espaçoso, cama extra grande, tudo muito confortável. A equipe com atendimento impecável. Voltarei.

Pros:

직원들이 친절하고 전체적으로 잘 꾸며저 있음. 수영장 물이 차가워 들어가보진 못함. 사우나도 예약할 수 있다고 함. 사용은 못해봄.

Cons:

위치가 대로변 외곽이라서 택시 잡기가 쉽지 않음. 출퇴근 시간에는 막히는 지역이라서 택시를 오래 기다려야 했음.

Foi a melhor estádia da minha vida, com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
Pros:

Tudo impecável. Nota 1000!!!!! A vista do terraço é perfeita, o café da manhã tem vários balcões com diversos tipos de alimentos, os funcionários extremamente cordiais, as toalhas super macias e alto padrão, lençóis confortáveis. Localização excelente ao lado do shopping costanera, dá para ir a pé a diversos lugares.
