El colchón. Estaba aplastado.
El personal muy amable y atento, nuestro vuelo salía más tarde y necesitábamos dejar el auto algunas horas, por lo que tuvieron muy buena disposición para ayudarnos con este punto.
Además, la ubicación es inmejorable! A pasos de centro comercial y restaurantes.

Por la mañana un vecino de habitación, salía al pasillo haciendo mucho ruido.
A localização é excelente mas no quesito excelência, os colaboradores do hotel se superam na gentileza e atenção. Vale cada centavo. Ah!, o quarto é muito confortável e o café delicioso.
The hotel is very centrally located only a few minutes' walk to the Costanera Centre and within an easy walk to the Cable Car up San Christobal also close to the Metro.
The Staff were extremely helpful and very attentive.

O café da manhã era excelente, inclusive com itens para veganos e dietas com restrição a açúcar. A acomodação muito boa. A localização é otima; o Hotel é próximo de estação de metro, de um grande shopping, de bares e restaurantes e do Sky Costanera. Além de ser possível caminhar até o Cerro de San Cristóbal. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Pretendemos voltar!

It wasn’t quite as fancy as we thought it would be and the laundry was very expensive, we had to find a local launderette so save money!

Quarto bom, roupas de cama boas, Chuveiro ótimo; assim como limpeza.
Fiquei 7 dias hospedada e a piscina e hidromassagem NÃO FUNCIONARAM!!!!. Solicitei desde o primeiro dia, falaram que iam consertar, o que não ocorreu. Lamentável! Não voltarei a ficar nesse hotel. Não o considero 4 estrelas de jeito nenhum; no máximo 3!
Super Lage alles fussläufig zu erreichen , auch die Seilbahn, super super Frühstück und sehr sehr nettes Personal, sie haben meiner Frau zum Geburtstag ein Ständchen gesungen,Spa und Sauna für 45 min kostenlos pro Tag, sehr nette Dame dort oben allen in allen sehr zu empfehlen

O hotel tem uma estrutura ótima e que garante uma estadia bem confortável. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis, com um chuveiro ótimo, e é bem equipado.
A limpeza do hotel é excelente e a organização diária do quarto surpreendeu.
O café da manhã é gostoso e oferece boas opções para um bom desjejum.
A localização do hotel é super conveniente, fica a 6/7 minutos a pé do Sky Costenera e o bairro é muito agradável.
A equipe é muito gentil e solicita, fomos bem atendidas e recepcionadas por todos.
