Ramada by Wyndham Katunayake Colombo International Airport

In General the hotel was nice and great at servicing the guest and food was really nice will definitely visit again.

Such a nice hotel to stay by the airport will definitely visit again the food was amazing highly recommended!

I wanted to stay close to the Colombo airport for several nights. Firstly the hotel is NOT really very close, by road, to the airport. It is at least a 20min drive. While the hotel offers a free pickup shuttle FROM the airport, you have to pay 3,400 LKR for a lift to the airport, when leaving the hotel, even if you didn’t use the free shuttle coming to the hotel!

I had travelled throughout Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and this was THE most uncomfortable and unpleasant room I experienced. Certainly, the bed was very, very uncomfortable.

Management has removed the aircon controller and temperature switch from the room so you can’t control the temperature. You need to ask for someone to come and change the temperature and even then, the aircon could barely maintain a constant 22°. I’m was told the aircon system was very old.

The “white” sheets and towels were of a very poor quality and more gray than white!

Although my floor was no smoking, you can smell smoke throughout the building and in the reception area.

My “suite” and the building were very old and tired and my room did not match the suite photos on the internet. A blot on the Ramada name.

Very Old hotel, too noisy not able to have proper rest.

This hotel is really below the minimum standard

Hotel was clean and decent. Nice and helpful staff during our stay. Stayed for one night for transit to our actual hotel the next morning as our flight arrived late at night. Offers free airport pick up as well! Would recommend for short stays.

Came to this hotel from Vietnam. 8 of us. Travelled in late night and reception staff really helped us for the rooms. All our róoms we're very còmfortable and food was also great.
