Hotel was clean and decent. Nice and helpful staff during our stay. Stayed for one night for transit to our actual hotel the next morning as our flight arrived late at night. Offers free airport pick up as well! Would recommend for short stays.

Came to this hotel from Vietnam. 8 of us. Travelled in late night and reception staff really helped us for the rooms. All our róoms we're very còmfortable and food was also great.

I went to ramada katunayake hotel and this is the verry good and pleasent hotel. Very helpfull staff in the hotel and friendly staff. Specially front office staff very nice. They provided nice foods for me. I can highly recommended for all guest.

This hotel is 15 min drive away from the airport. The rooms are very large. The staff are amazing. However, there is a funny smell inside the hotel. There was a water leak in the hallway not sure if that was the reason why it smelled funny. I tried to order food to my room but they came with 2 bottles of water instead. I called them again and I asked for a spaghetti, they said they were coming up. They never did. So I called them again to place an order. They said they were coming up again and never turned up. I eventually gave up and ordered take away.

We were very pleased with our choice to book the Ramada by the airport for our trip to Sri Lanka. We arrived late, so it was a relief to be met at the gate by someone from the hotel. It was a short trip (maybe 15-20 minutes) back to the hotel, and the big compound and elegant reception reassured us. We had locally-based family members meeting us for a tour we were starting the day after, one of whom was in a wheelchair. The rooms were great for those with accessibility needs.
The rooms were a little dated but clean, spacious and comfortable.
The only issue I had was with breakfast. It cost $8 USD per person, and it felt that almost all the bain-maries were practically empty.
I would book this hotel again for future trips.
