Overall was very good except for the smell in the room’s bathroom

breakfast was great, many selections. Room was comfy

Cons:

Pool was hard to access due to renovations. Only 1 elevator working. Children running up and down the hallway, we called to complain 5 times but it continued to happen. I notified the front desk again the next morning and the told me that they would let management know. No one ever contacted me nor attempted to make it better. We paid alot of money to stay there to have a relaxing trip.

Pros:

The pool area was a great place for the kids to play. It had 5 ft for the deep end of the pool which was ideal. This slide is not connected to the pool areas so you're not going to get dropkick in the face by anyone lol The breakfast was awesome. The kids enjoyed it very much. We were there on Easter weekend which the Easter Bunny came for a visit. Overall it was a good stay beautiful view being on the 5th floor👍🏽

very positive comfortable stay
Pros:

Was a bit disappointed upon arrival as the lobby area was being renovated and I was unaware this was happening. The breakfast area was cramped and moved a bit to accommodate the renos. Other than that, the stay was great. My room was spectacular. Lots of room, clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue with my room was the shower area. The shower door should have been at the other end. You had to be in the shower to turn on the water and it was a bit uncomfortable as it sprayed cold water until it warmed up. But overall, my experience at this hotel was positive.

Cons:

shower wasn't as easily accessible as I would have liked and the lobby was ripped up for renovations.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

I can’t find one complain related to the hotel. The customer service was one of the best I’ve seen in a while, attentive, kind, and always happy to help. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and up to date. The location is absolutely perfect for any shopping getaway, the pool and water slide were also great.

Not a good environment and breakfast really bad
Pros:

Really wouldn’t recommend if you come for hockey tournaments if your team wants to socialize they don’t have rooms for it and got kicked out at 10 pm the lobby is under construction for about 5 months so the kids had no place to play mini sticks the breakfast and the every tv from the hotel turned off and wasn’t working so couldn’t watch the game really wouldn’t recommend

Would return AFTER renovation
Pros:

The location is great, very central to shops, restaurants and the highway. The room was very spacious, staff were very welcoming and smiling at every interaction.

Cons:

The property is under renovation which naturally has some draw backs. The breakfast area is next to a construction site so that definitely takes away from the space. There are definitely some things that could have been done to improve the space during construction to make it less hazardous and more appealing. Floors are uneven/unfinished and can be a tripping hazard for some. Considering the cost was not lower due to the construction and we were not advised in advance we would not have stayed at this location.
