He ido a esta hotel ya un par de veces. Está ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y lo uso xq suelo llegar de viaje y mi familia me recoge y al día siguiente vamos a Lunemburg

Estaban en reparaciones y no avisaron para poder escoger si reservábamos o no. Estuvo terrible, el desayuno no había espacio en los lugares donde habían acomodado y estaba sucio. Todo estaba un desorden por las adecuaciones q estaban haciendo. Además cuando reservé la suit en la la página de booking decía habitación 1 y habitación 2, es decir se suponía q había 2 habitaciones y al final la suit era una sola habitación con 2 camas. Pague 250 USD por una noche y la relación precio calidad deja mucho que desear. Deberían avisar a sus clientes o posibles clientes lo q están haciendo para poder decidir. Y la página de booking debería indicar que la suit solo tiene una habitación. Pagué mas por nada.

clean room good location good coffee

Cons:

tv service was very bad 1/2 the channels were not working and wifi cuts in and out
there was snow during our trip so were trapped here while under construction

Pros:

Being a Diamond member provided us with an upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even with all the renovations going on with the hotel, there were no issues. The work started after breakfast and and stopped around 6 pm. The customer was kept informed of the work going on. Thx.

Nice upgrade.
Pros:

The pool, waterslide and hottub were all operational, which is not true of my last visit. We received an upgrade thru Booking.com to a suite and it was very much appreciated. The extra space gave us a sofa and upholstered chair for sitting and watching tv, which was excellent. This hotel is located right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant sector of town.

Cons:

I had no idea that the entire lobby/main foyer was completely under construction. The breakfast was being provided down the hallway, thru the construction zone, with eating being done in a meeting room.
The pool deck was very slippery.
Apparently animals are allowed, as the man down the hall opened his door and exited with a giant dog. It was a surprise to me, as someone who does not wish to rent a room that has previously housed animals.

Overall it was comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Great amenities all around, easily accessible as well as lots of parking and very kind staff :)

Cons:

Booking would have been great if it was sooner throughout the day rather than so late in the evening; as well the pool area such as the pool could be upgraded or thoroughly cleaned more as it is very visible that there is residue, rust and things floating around. Seemed very unsanitary.

It’s an old property showing its age. The walls of our room shook when a neighbouring room closed the door. Flags flying
