Fantastic stay before flying out of Halifax
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was so lovely and we could checked in before 4 pm which was great for us.The room and the Hotel is great and only a 24 minute drive from the Airport

Cons:

Everything was absolutely perfect. We will highly recommend this Hotel,restaurants and shops within walking distance

Not what I expected for the price.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and had all the expected facilities

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was a little tired and in need of a deep clean. The sink was cracked.
The room overlooked a busy highway and there was traffic noise.
The breakfast was fine but plastic cutlery and paper plates in a 4 star hotel ??

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sauberes und großes Zimmer und eine tolle Lage, wenn man nach dem Flug nicht gleich mitten in der Stadt übernachten möchte. Direkt neben diversen Stores und Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder!

Esperienza da non ripetere!
Cons:

Ho soggiornato nella suite. La camera era sporca (mia figlia ha trovato ben tre lenti a contatto sulla moquette!) e aveva un odore sgradevole. Il divano letto aveva le lenzuola bucate. I letti non sono stati rifatti.
La colazione con piatti di carta e posate di plastica è dannosa per l’ambiente.

Adequate but some help with luggage was necessary especially since you are close to Halifax airport
Pros:

The pool seem to be enjoyed especially by a lot of young clients. The breakfast was good and I liked the coffe station open all day. The room was nice , comfortable and clean.

Cons:

My friend and I are seniors and I had a medical emergency and could not carry my own bags so my 73 yr. old friend was given a cart to bring down all our luggage at 9 am. I thought that for 277$ a night you could at the very least supply someone who could have handled our bags, especially daytime and for an hour or 2 at check in.

Completely unhelpful staff.

No luggage rails available during check in, no help to get one just a statement that they were in use on upper floors, no staff to assist with baggage.

Cleaner called looking to refresh room at 9 in the morning!

Just two lifts, one out of service for the entirety of the three days we were onsite.

Heavy lift door shuts too quickly after opening when entering or exiting - actually dangerous with small children.

Room decor very tired.

All of these things might be fine if the cost was not more per night than newer and more highly rated hotels in the area.
