Frustrating
Pros:

Location, room and overall hotel

Cons:

Keys didn’t work for the room, hotel reception accused me of not knowing how to work the door. Facilities got involved and lock was faulty.

Room was changed and drinks vouchers given. All ok, went for breakfast the next day and our paid breakfast was not transferred to our new room and was told we hadn’t paid. Had to wait 10 mins in front of people until it was verified.

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour rejoindre le bus pour les studio Harry Potter (bus se trouvent à la Watford Junction).
Le petit déjeuner était super, un petit plus pour l’intérêt qui m’a été porté en tant que femme enceinte, ils m’ont demandé si tout allait et si j’avais besoin d’autre chose.
La chambre était très bien surtout pour le prix.

Perfect location with everything you need for a perfect home from home feel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel the rooms are spectacular and clean to a very high standard and with little extras in the fridge is a very nice touch

Pros:

Well situated, very well insulated hotel so very quiet inside especially the bedroom. Nice bar area with dining options. Helpful staff. Good arrangement with nearby multistorey car park made for very reasonable parking costs.

Pros:

Good breakfast, decent selection and refilled regularly. Room was clean and spacious (338) pretty quiet as well. Bar area is nice with a relaxed feeling. Great location if you are getting the train to and from both Watford Junction and High Street, they are both around 10 minutes walk. I would definitely stay again because the location is good for getting to Wembley to watch the best team (and only) in Manchester - CITY

Cons:

Check in and check out was a little slow. Hardly any staff on the desk which tells me they want to encourage online check in and check out. I would have done this but the link I was sent didn't work. Most of the staff were great but the odd one needs to crack a smile now and again.

Pros:

Vynikající snídaně, skvělá lokalita - nedaleko zastávka Watford Junction a Harry Potter Shuttle Bus do Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, nebo do St Albans či ZOO Whipsnade. V hotelu se nachází výborná restaurace a bar. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Celková čistota hotelu.

Cons:

Na pokojích i v některých částech hotelu bylo občas trochu chladněji kvůli klimatizaci, ale jinak bylo vše naprosto v pořádku.
