De la locație, amplasare în apropiere de centru unde găsești mall, pista, cafenele, restaurante și alte magazine - până la curățenia și dotările din camera . În cameră se face curat zilnic, se schimbă prosoapele 👏
Personalul a fost amabil, interesați de a ne rezolva solicitările, ni s-a oferit posibilitatea de early checkin contra cost ceea ce a contat enorm pentru noi

Noi am ales acest hotel pentru faptul ca exista in apropiere mijloc de transport in comun ( autobuz către aeroportul Luton stație chiar în fața Hotelului ) și stație de tren la Max 10 min de mers pe jos - pt stadionul Wembley și spre centru Londrei. Ne-au ajutat mult și recenziile de pe Booking

Immaculately clean and great location!
Pros:

Extremely clean hotel. Spacious rooms and a great location for the tube line and centre. Complimentary water, biscuits and tea making facilities. Plenty of space to unpack and put suitcases/clothes etc. Big windows to give light and fresh air. Perfect temperature in the room.

Cons:

Small things. The pillows were a little hard for my taste. I would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a bath with a shower curtain (a little unhygienic in my opinion). A small fridge to keep drinks cool would have been nice, especially in the heat wave.

Great staff, clean room but horrible food

We ordered room service while getting ready to attend an event and ordered a club sandwich, a brie and chutney sandwich, and two beers.

Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing - possibly some of the worst room service I have experienced in a long time. The club sandwich tasted as though it had been prepared days earlier; the bread was stale and dry, and the fillings did not appear fresh, with the tomato already discoloured. The chips were equally poor: bland, lacking seasoning, and seemingly reheated rather than freshly cooked.

The brie and chutney sandwich was also very disappointing. It looked and tasted as though it had been put together by a three-year-old, with only a few slices of brie and an overwhelming amount of chutney, making it completely unbalanced. The accompanying crisps appeared to be the remnants from the bottom of a packet and were mostly broken into crumbs.

The food was so poor that we were unable to finish either meal, despite having paid almost £50 for the order. I genuinely wish I had taken photographs, as the presentation and quality would have spoken for themselves.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but given the price and the standard of what was served, I felt compelled to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. The quality was simply nowhere near what one would reasonably expect from room service at this price point.

Don’t stay here

The room looked nice

Cons:

We asked and paid for a late checkout. They was knocking on our door and opening it trying to come in while we was asleep!! Way before we was even meant to be out. They knocked on the door on 3 separate occasions. What a joke. Ruined our ‘lie in’ which we paid £40 for. Room wasn’t the cleanest there was long black hairs everywhere, staff were rude in the morning, didn’t ask us how our stay was either. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros:

Great location and easy to find.

Cons:

Had some questionable stains on the carpet but apart from that great facilities and very comfortable.
