From Clarendon Road turn onto Gartlett Road and follow the road around to Sutton Car Park. It’s a 1-2 minute walk across from the hotel. Post code: WD17 2PS. After parking your vehicle at Sutton, please enter your vehicle registration on the Citi Park tablet at Reception, this will discount your stay to £4 per 24 hours. Payments can be made via their Citi Park app or at the Pay Station located on their ground floor. Payment must be made before you exit Sutton. Tiny bathroom, no bath …even in executive room.
Spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. Large, very comfortable bed. Clean room & bathroom.
We got upgraded to a nice room by the lady at the reception - highly appreciated.
There was no information about the parking being on a completely different street (its a city parking a block away). Parking and location instructions should have been sent in advance since there is no way to park the car while doing the check in. The parking itself is very narrow.
Just lack of smart tv facilities to use Netflix Disney etc
I always loved checking in to this hotel because the place is so lovely and staffs are really nice.

Localização perto de restaurantes, bares, disponíveis toda a semana. Caminhada fácil até à Watford Junction station, (10 min). Pequeno-almoço, não sendo brilhante, é suficiente. Precisava de mais variedade de fruta (se calhar...)
Aquecimento do quarto limitado! Queria aumentar a temperatura para um valor confortável e não é possível!!!
O quarto, com a temperatura limitada, é desconfortável para se estar umas horas a trabalhar (ao computador). Foi-me fornecido um aquecedor elétrico para compensar (?!), que acabou por fazer bem o trabalho.
Com o valor que paguei por dia, não contava com este tipo de limitações.
La propreté
L’accueil n’est pas chaleureux. J’avais réservé deux petits déjeuner surclassés avant mon arrivée. Dès notre Check in, la réceptionniste nous a demandé si nous avions réservé des petits déjeuners, ce que j’ai confirmé. Le lendemain matin à notre arrivée, l’hôtesse devant la salle du restaurant, nous informe que nous n’avions pas pris de petit déjeuner, nous insistons et elle nous dit que non. Au final nous réglons sans problème bien évidement, mais avec un surplus du montant du surclassement et du tarif de l’hôtel. L’hôtesse nous donne notre ticket de paiement et nous demande d’aller à l’accueil à la fin de notre petit déjeuner pour un remboursement. Tout ceci devant les clients qui attendaient leur tours. J’ai trouvé ça très malaisant de traiter ainsi les clients.
A la fin du petit déjeuner, je précise que je vais monter dans ma chambre avec un muffin que je n’avais pas fini. Une femme me dit que c’est interdit. Pour 16,50£ je n’ai pas le droit de monter mon muffin dans ma chambre…?
Le jour de notre départ à 5h du matin nous expliquons la situation aux réceptionnistes. A nouveau nous devons donner pleins d’explications, montrer le ticket de paiement du petit déjeuner, tous ceci alors que notre taxi nous attendais car notre Eurostar partait à 6h du matin à la gare St Pancras. J’ai préférer abandonner car le réceptionniste et la réceptionniste ne faisaient quasi aucun effort pour nous trouver une solution, et nous n’allions pas rater notre train pour quelques Livres Sterling! En tout cas ce n’est absolument pas l’attitude d’un hôtel sois disant 4 étoiles !
Concernant la chambre, il faisait très froid dedans malgré la possibilité d’augmenter le chauffage, et la TV n’est même pas une Smart Tv donc aucunes applications accessibles. Il n’y a pas d’adaptateur pour les prises électriques.
