Everything was satisfactory and we enjoyed it all

Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

I noticed prior to checking in I noticed my card was charged 1/2 the price of our room the day prior on 10/9. Then when we checked in I specifically said that all we should be charged was the remaining amount as I’ve already been charged 1/2. She said yes!
I looked a hour later to see they charged the full amount of the room which was over $196 extra of what they already charged me!

No one could tell me why and the manager never called me back and today when I checked out the family ahead of me had the same thing happen to them.
I’ve been traveling for years I am aware I’m usually charged day of check in a $50 I’ve never had a hotel chain double charge with no explanation other than computers are funny when they glitch per front desk on 10/10 when I called about the charge!

Our first room they gave us before even opening the door a strong strong poop odor we opened the door almost vomited!

Horrible experience with zero accountability!

Everything was phenomenal!!! Clean, clean, clean and spa level 10. Best short romantic get away from kids ever. Staff was so attentive. Jason and Jessa were very helpful.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Our room was cleaned & the beds were comfortable. The bathroom tubwas a bit slippery. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. I shall return.

I didn’t ever find laundry services. The carpet in our room was filthy. After checking out I noticed that I had $250 charge on my credit card for “smoking.” My friend does smoke, but not once in our room! Because she is a smoker all of her things (including her hair) smells like cigarettes! I think the funds should be returned.

Great room very clean

Rooms and whole facility was very good.
Breakfast was very good also.

We travel around with our daughter playing softball and I normally always try to find a Comfort Inn close. The beds are super comfy, the hotel is always clean, and the price is normally the best I can find. We love Comfort Inn!

The hotel is older but the staff is exceptional and the room is clean and comfy.

We have stayed at the hotel several time actually this is the only one we stay at in Hot Springs while visiting family. Always clean, comfortable, friendly and very convenient.

The staff was friendly. The hotel seems newer than others and was clean.

I wish that there were plain omelettes (no cheese), or yogurt/hard boiled eggs. Hard to choose on a low cal diet.

Otherwise, it was pleasant and we plan to return.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The full breakfast was barely more than a continental breakfast with sub-par, microwaved food. The breakfast staff was very friendly, but she could only work with the products that were provided to her. All in all, the staff were excellent, and the facility was clean. My bad review is solely based on the quality of the bed and food.

Tub didn’t drain well, so had standing water when showering. Found empty Taco Bell Cup under pullout couch. Breakfast was adequate, typical continental spread. Staff was super friendly and nice. Would stay there in a pinch, but probably not for an extended stay. For the price, can’t complain.

Booked this location in error. Thought we were staying at Comfort Inn behind Texas Roadhouse on Central. When we checked in with our 10 lb service dog we were chastised for not telling them before we got there. I had her certification so they said okay. Never have i had to do this. We came in on Tuesday and checked out on Friday morning. On Thursday nite as we were coming back from supper the check in clerk greeted us asking what room were we in, had we told them we had a dog? Our little girl sensed the hostility and barked at her to which she said "shes not a very good service dog, they dont act like that. Next time you need to book a pet friendly hotel". I simply replied," we wont stay here again". Very rude, imtimidating person. This dog did NOT bark at any of the 3 morning breakfasts we attended, nor while we were in our room. We ate at Applebees, Texas Roadhouse and a Mexican restaurant and she NEVER uttered a sound. You have a nice facility but you dont have to worry about us EVER coming back.

Front desk was amazing. Stayed for a wedding. Had 6 rooms reserved. Front desk was very helpful and organized.

Everything was immaculate! Our room was very nice and clean. The staff were all welcoming and very efficient! We were very pleased with our stay!

5 STAR HOTEL! The hot tub was HOT and jets WORKED, overall felt amazing! Pool was not freezing, and could easily swim laps. We stayed in a room that had the jacuzzi, and it was AMAZING!! Jets were hard and water was exactly the temp you chose it to be. The shower had great pressure, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. This was by far, one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in!!
