Good location next to a metro and a shopping mall
Had a leak, reception staff was rude when i brought it to his attention. However the maintenance man did come and fix it and was helpful

**Very disappointing – Far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level.**
When we arrived, our room was not ready and several basic amenities, including slippers, were missing. We had to repeatedly contact housekeeping ourselves just to get the room cleaned and the missing items provided. Nothing seemed to be taken care of unless we specifically asked for it.
The **biggest problem was the food and room service**. During the day, there was practically nowhere to have a proper meal at the hotel, and we ended up going hungry. We were told the terrace bar was open, but the only food available was a couple of croissants. We also struggled repeatedly to order room service and ultimately could not get the service we needed. For a hotel of this size and category, this is simply unacceptable.
The terrace pool is **much smaller than it appears in the photos**, so don't be misled by the pictures. The spa pool also requires an additional fee.
The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the problems we encountered.
**Overall, the appearance and price of the hotel do not match the level of service provided. The food and beverage service, in particular, was seriously disappointing. Definitely not the experience we expected from a hotel of this standard.**

Les chambres ne sont pas bien propre/trop de poussière, la piscine trop petite par rapport à la photo affichée .

La piscine, la chambre, le rapport qualité prix.
L'emplacement est top juste à côté du métro, d'un grand centre commercial. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit. La chambre est propre.
Nous passions trois nuits ; Dans la chambre nous étions 3 ; tout était disposé pour deux personnes. Le placard n'est pas non plus adapté pour 3 personnes beaucoup trop petit. La piscine de l'hôtel est très petite également. La chambre est grande mais les équipements ne sont pas bien disposés.

Some damage in the bathroom like they could not fix.
I had two bed room they put me at different floor. Despite I asked from the first day of reservation next of each other or at least in the same floor.
But they fail to give me two room in the same floor.
Shower in the bathroom are old and damage.
