I stayed at Hotel SB Diagonal Zero for four days, and although the location is good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

There was a strong, unpleasant musty smell throughout the hotel, especially inside the room. The smell was so bad that I had to keep spraying perfume just to be able to stay in the room. The corridors carpet was dirty and covered with stains.
There was not even a waste bin in the room .

The air conditioning was another major problem. It was not cooling properly, and after arriving exhausted from travelling, I could not sleep because the room was uncomfortably warm. I changed rooms hoping the problem would be resolved, but the second room had exactly the same issue—the air conditioning still did not cool.

This hotel absolutely does not deserve the price I paid. The cleanliness, smell, basic room facilities, and air conditioning were all far below the standard expected from a hotel at this price. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Prima hotel op functionele locatie.
Pros:

Fijn hotel, prima bed, uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Douche had wat weinig druk, wat slijtage op de kamer. (Douchekop, kastdeur, lichtschakelaars)

Ottima posizione, Letto molto comodo, ottimo silenzio, ascensori veloci

Il clima è difficilmente regolabile a abbiamo sofferto il freddo, il bagno si allaga, i mobili sono vecchi, ho chiesto alla reception se era previsto un servizio di asciugamani da spiaggia e la receptionist mi ha risposto in malo modo, piuttosto scontrosa.
