Disaster Night Stay
Pros:

The bed is why they received a one star from me, the mattress was terrible all you felt was the springs. The front desk clerk moved us to another room that was a little better but we settled for that room after driving thirty hours from Houston. The outside court yard was awesome but they should’ve took a little of that money and invested in new mattresses!!! All we wanted was good night sleep instead we tossed & turned all night long!!!

Good experience I think I got a pretty fair rate, but expected more from this hotel

Laundry room is free, which is awesome but run down and dirty. I had to change rooms because there was hair in my shower and the carpet was different from one room to another. Only USB ports are on the alarm clock or the back of the TV, beds could be more comfortable and could be updated and the drinks at the bar are overpriced. Expected a little more for such a nice hotel and not to mention the elevators quit working and the only way to access stairs is from a manager with a key.

Beautiful location in Stockton

Pros:

Everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay. We used the link the day before check out (where they want you to rate your stay etc) only down fall was the house keeping knocking back to back at 8am after recouping from our 4th of July stay.

Overall, Very Pleased
Pros:

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Hotel was very clean. My room passed a black light test with flying colors. Very impressed with cleanliness. Would give 5 stars, except for three cons: (1) The pillows provided on beds (4 each) were the thinnest, cheapest pillows that I've ever experienced at any hotel (no exaggeration). They were shockingly poor quality pillows, as was the one that came with the rollaway bed. (2) One elevator in the west wing was not operational, so it often caused lines to form for guests using the one operational elevator to get to/from their rooms on a very busy July 4th weekend. (3) The parking lot spaces are narrower than normal (I presume to fit as many as possible into the lot). With a vehicle on each side of me (all 3 of us parked exactly within the lines of our spaces), I was unable to get into my SUV unless I crawled through the back hatch. The guest in the pickup next to me had to wait for me to move before he could access his driver's side door. This is very poor planning on the hotel's part, as there is no other convenient parking. Oh! One other thing: in both visible wall outlets in my room (347) , the top outlet was so loose that plugs would not stay seated properly, which makes the top plug unusable, as it is a fire hazard. Honestly, though, the cons seemed minimal and, overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our overall experience and would return and recommend the property.
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. Our dinner service had the best service I have ever experienced.

Cons:

The bathroom floors in our room were not clean, and the lotion dispenser was empty. The lighting in the bathroom is too dim.
