Nice place for our short stay.
Pros:

This is our go to hotel when in town. It truly is the best hotel in Stockton. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that I hate the glass bathroom door. When someone uses the bathroom during the night you are awaken with a very bright light shining through. No problem if you’re not a light sleeper or wear an eye mask. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always so wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Most of all I love the noon checkout time.

I would never stay here again, as it was a very unpleasant experience and not at all worth the price

Cons:

Dirty, outdated room, pictures with cracked glass in elevator. "Clean" towels had pubic hair on them, toilet seat was falling off, no shower door which led to slippery floor as water splattered all over, smelled like marijuana in the hallways. Uncomfortable inner spring mattresses.

Clean. Nice room.

Cons:

I didn’t have hot water in the morning to take a shower! I did have it in the evening though prior. All they offered for this inconvenience was the refund of the resort fee of $26, which was not listed on Booking.com anywhere and was a surprise charge, along with several additional taxes.

Pros:

Basic room. Clean. Carpet was so dart could not tell if it was dirty. outlets did not work. Bed sheets would not stay on bed.

Close proximity to the venue.

Cons:

The staff was very unhelpful and did not provide much information in regards to parking, accommodations including room service, in house restaurant, or even with billing or explanation of fees. We booked this location because everything was in house and we could walk across the way to the venue after having dinner at the restaurant. What wasn’t told to us was that a reservation was needed for that restaurant, and reservations are priority over room service and we would have to wait 2 plus hours for room service if we decided to go that route. That left us scrambling for a place to eat and driving all over prior to our event. Stockton isn’t always the safest place and it defeated the purpose of booking a hotel and paying a little more for the convenience of not having to go anywhere else. The room was clean for the most part, however the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and the cheapest/thinnest mattress on the market. It does have a late check out of 12pm, however with the crappy experience we had I couldn’t wait to check out.

Cons:

No servía el aire acondicionado y supuestamente lo arreglaron y no fue así. Un cuarto no tenía el burros de planchar les dijimos a recepción y nunca lo llevaron. Después me dieron otros cuartos y no estaban juntos y las llaves de un cuarto no abrían la puerta. Después nos dieron otros cuartos y en la mañana siguiente me quise bañar y no había jabón ni shampoo

Pros:

The bed was not very comfortable, but didn't make any complaint about it. The location is convenient for me.

Cons:

I felt the sheets were not changed, but I requested an extra bedding sheets and I was able to change it myself.

We would stay here again if in the area!
Pros:

Clean, well appointed room. Nice refrigerator! Great bathroom, linens, etc. Clean TV remote. The food in the restaurant was amazing! Good enough that we contemplated returning for that if in the area again (we are not local). We went to an event at the arena. The free parking and the short walk across the street was a huge benefit!

Cons:

Lights with dimmer switches would be wonderful for the room and the bath.
