Overall, a very enjoyable stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. My sister and I traveled there for a funeral.

The room was impressively spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby!

One of the highlights of my stay was the view. It was absolutely gorgeous and made both mornings and evenings feel magical, especially watching the sun set and rise on the water

Cons:

The parking, you had to park in an adjacent parking lot, traveling as females it was a little uncomfortable.

Great Staff
Pros:

I was greeted at the front desk by a charming young lady named Susana. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. While the hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is the reason I will return. Thank you Susana.

Nice rooms, very comfortable to work (they even help you out to print super promptly) wifi works great, jacuzzi is nice. Beds were confortable.

Cons:

Included breakfast is always appreciated. The paid breakfast was very good tho.

Best hotel in Stockton!
Pros:

Almost every February we go to Stockton. There have been some "less than good" places we stayed at. Without any question, University Plaza Waterfront Hotel has been the best by a long shot. The rooms are clean, the staff is professional, the environment is safe for kids, and the amenities are exceptional. We will continue to return here any time we're visiting the area.

Nice place for our short stay.
Pros:

This is our go to hotel when in town. It truly is the best hotel in Stockton. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that I hate the glass bathroom door. When someone uses the bathroom during the night you are awaken with a very bright light shining through. No problem if you’re not a light sleeper or wear an eye mask. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always so wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Most of all I love the noon checkout time.
