Pros:

The outdoor seating area by the water was beautiful. It was in walking distance of the venue we were going to and the dining area was pretty big.

Cons:

There could be more seating available in the room. Maybe a small dining table or something. The beds could be a little softer but it wasn't terrible.

Hotel and staff very ameniable - amenities need some improvement.
Pros:

the staff was very helpful and patient. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I don't like being advised the day of that the roads will be closed due to parades. I could have arranged to leave at an earlier time. I don't like the shower layout. To adjust temp you have to get into the shower. I DON'T APPRECIATE being addressed as Hello Sahines.. I registered as Laurie Sahines. It should have been Laurie or Ms Sahines. Restaurant was closed during lunch. hard to leave during a coference.

Very nice convenient location. Well maintained the property. Good service from the staff.
Rooms could use updating for tech support and bathrooms could also be upgraded

Great stay for a conference!
Pros:

Wonderful stay for a conference. The conference room provided cold water dispensers. The staff kept asking what we did to make our stay better. The waitress staff in particular were genuine and super kind.
