Ein wunderbarer Service des gesamten Personals, das jedes Problem lösen wollte und konnte. Klasse Room Service ein Restaurant, das unerwartet festlich auftischt und eine Größe der Suite mit schönem Blick und toller Raumaufteilung.

Location of property is good. Front desk & overall Staff Is very polite,

Cons:

No Parking available for personal vehicle. Need to share parking with multiplex parking.
Staff Is available on 5th Floor, no one at ground floor lobby for orienting.

Have stayed here before and with that happy memory, decided to book again.
Overall good, with very helpful and courteous front desk staff, prompt room service, ample and tasty breakfast spread.
Cleanliness of room & washroom is good.

Cons:

In the night, the vibrations from the sound of the movie playing in the theatre located in the same building could be felt in our room. This went on till quite late and it was a big disturbance to sleep. Called up front desk to inquire and they couldnt do much about it. I dont know if this affects all rooms or only a particular section.
But an unncessary disturbance to an otherwise excellent stay.

Not a 5 star
Pros:

Room was spacious with comfy beds. In room fridge and great hot shower. Everything was clean but first day did not get room made up but may have been some confusion with the make up room button that was malfunctioning. Liked no plastic water bottles and eco friendly policy.

Cons:

Breakfast was ample and tasty but unfortunately hot dishes were lukewarm. There were no chairs at the pool and one day could not use as there was a wedding. Hotel is not located in a walkable area but easy enough to hail a rickshaw. Overall feel is not a five star as advertised.
